True nature of ATS squad
In Hindu Rashtra, such police will be asked to undertake rigorous spiritual practice by way of punishment and their property will be confiscated !
Issue of taking bribe of Rs. 10 lakhs !
Mumbai – On 29th October, the Special Court passed a verdict declaring former Police Inspector (PI), Arun Khanvilkar from State anti-terrorist Squad (ATS) guilty and sentenced him to two years imprisonment. He was found guilty for accepting bribe of Rs. 10 lakhs for not implicating a person wrongly in one case. (There is possibility of unnecessarily implicating Hindus even in Malegaon bomb blast case; in fact, Hindu accused in this case, have time and again made such claim. Arun Khanvilkar has been involved in brutally beating Sadhvi Pradnya Singh and other Hindu co-accused, besides being a likely accused in missing case of Dilip Patedar; therefore, such police officers should be thoroughly interrogated as it will bring forth more serious cases and true face of terrorism will be exposed. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
- Chetan Desai and Sanjay Kakkar, two associates of Khanvilkar have also been judged as guilty and sentenced to 18 months imprisonment; besides, Khanvilkar has been charged with fine of Rs. 1 lakh and Desai and Kakkar with fine of Rs. 50,000/- each.
- As claimed by police, Khanvilkar had raided a club in December 2009 and arrested the petitioner and later, demanded Rs. 20 lakhs for not to implicate him in false case which was finally negotiated to Rs. 10 lakhs.
- As decided, the petitioner paid half of the amount to Khanvilkar immediately; but filed a case with anti-corruption bureau. On 10th February 2010, a trap was laid and Chetan Desai who had come to collect the balance amount was arrested by officers of anti-corruption bureau.
Hindus should not forget the following offences of Arun Khanvilkar !
- Arun Khanvilkar behaved very rudely with Dr. Uday Dhuri, the Convener of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) ! In the year 2004, HJS had held demonstrations against denigration of Deities in a Marathi play titled ‘Vastraharan’. PI, Arun Khanvilkar, then working with Bhoiwada police station called Dr. Uday Dhuri to the police station. Then he encircled Dr. Dhuri with his staff and told him very impudently that he would put his foot on Ganapati and see what happened.
- Khanvilkar beat up Dr. Dhuri, Convener of HJS who had gone for submitting a representation !
In the year 2008, Dr. Uday Dhuri, the Convener of HJS for Mumbai was called to Kala Chowki police station in connection with investigations of one case. That time, PI Khanvilkar from ATS office had arguments with Dr. Dhuri and had even slapped him.
