More than 1000 Mohall Jama –ath will get each and every year 50lakhs rupees from the public treasury of the state government. More than that 1000 promoters are also going to be recruited in panchayaths. Minority welfare section under Muslim league is the patron of this huge plan and this is as per the ministry (order no:5001/2012) of Public welfare department. This order is issued by Public Department Secretary K.R.Jyothilal. As per the request that the funds for the minority people in the state are not at all reaching to the deserving hands that’s why they are appointing promoters under sate governments burden. But here also we got clear indication that minority means only Muslims and not even a single man from Christian community even when the congress ministry is also a strong hold of Christian MLAs. In every district there is a minority cell under the administration of District Collector and they will allow the money and do the adequate paper works. It is a dilemma that not even a single penny is available to the lower cast groups and Tribal people all of them are under Hindu religion when considering their welfare activity in the state as per the ministry of Finance. ... ...
