Go-daanam project started in Kerala

KOCHI (Kerala), Oct. 6, 2012 : Place and safe the Cow breeds and made it to a daily part of the life, a famous family related with temple started a unique project called Go-Daanam project.
This family popularly known as Ameda Naga Temple ritually related with, the presiding diety is Sapthamathrukkal but the temple is so popular for snake and related aayilya poojas of Kerala. In connection with the birthday of the elder pundit of the family AAryan namboothiri they started to safe the cow breed and also gave the message to the society to live and protect the cow breed and live peacefully.
There is a special committee has been formed to identify the family who need cows and those who can protect the Go matha. This project they named it as Ksheera sagaram.Its now started in the panchayath were the temple is situated is called udayamperoor.
