Kerala: Again a file-post on Kerala Social Crisis. In a notification which shocked many, Kerala HighCourt is recruiting for appointment to the post of Munsiff-Magistrate in the Kerala Judicial Service. As per notification No. B1-91557/2010 dated 28-01-2011, High Court had notified 35 vacancies of MunsiffMagistrates for appointment in the Kerala Judicial Service.

Applications are invited in the prescribed form, from qualified candidates belonging to the noncreamy layer of Muslim and Scheduled Caste converts to Christianity communities in the State of
Kerala, for appointment to the post of Munsiff-Magistrate in the Kerala Judicial Service. As per
notification No. B1-91557/2010 dated 28-01-2011, High Court had notified 35 vacancies of MunsiffMagistrates for appointment in the Kerala Judicial Service. But, one reservation turn each to be filled
up by candidates from Muslim and Scheduled Caste converted to Christianity communities have been
kept unfilled for want of suitable candidates from the said communities in the select list of 4
candidates prepared pursuant to the above notification. As per Rule 15(a) of the Kerala State and
Subordinate Services Rules, 1958 these 2 posts are to be filled up by another direct recruitment
exclusively from the members of the respective community.

Scheduled Caste converts to Christianity – 1
3. Method of recruitment:
Direct recruitment from candidates belonging to the Muslim and Scheduled caste converts to
Christianity communities. Rule 15 (a) of Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules,
1958 shall be applicable for this recruitment.
4. Mode of selection:
The selection shall be after holding competitive examinations at two successive stages. The first
stage is the Kerala Judicial Service Examination (Preliminary). The second stage is the Kerala
Judicial Service Examination (Main), consisting of a written examination and a viva voce. The
preliminary examination and main examination will be conducted on the basis of the Scheme given
below. The preliminary as well as the main examinations will be common for the candidates who
apply in response to this notification and the notification number REC 4 – 97821/ 2011 dated 31-01-
2012 (Recruitment Number 3/2012) for regular vacancies in the post of Munsiff -Magistrate. Only
those candidates who are declared by the High Court to have qualified in the Preliminary
Examination will be eligible for admission to the main written examination, provided they are
otherwise found eligible for admission to the Main Examination. Names of candidates shortlisted for
the main written examination and the schedule of the main written examination will be published in
the Notice Board and website of the High Court and candidates who are found eligible for admission
to the main examination will also be intimated personally. The Preliminary examination shall be
conducted on 13-05-2012.
5. Qualifications:
A candidate for appointment as Munsiff – Magistrate by direct recruitment (N.C.A. vacancies)
shall satisfy the following general conditions, namely;
a) He/She shall be a citizen of India.
b) He/She shall be holder of a degree in Law recognised by the Bar Council of India for
the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate.
c) He/She shall not have completed 38 years of age on the first day of January, 2012 and – 2 -
40 years if he/she belongs to the community of Scheduled Caste converts to
Christianity.
d) He/She shall be of good character.
e) He/She shall be of sound health having no bodily infirmities, which renders him/her
unfit for appointment.
While applying for the post , the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility
and other norms mentioned in the notification. The qualification prescribed for the post shall be the
one acquired by the candidate on or before the last date fixed for the receipt of the applications.
6. Scheme of the Preliminary Examination:
The preliminary examination will consist of one paper of objective type screening test based on
the syllabus given below containing 100 multiple choice questions, each question carrying two
marks. Maximum marks will be 200 and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The
duration of the preliminary examination will be two hours. The preliminary examination is conducted
for the purpose of shortlisting the candidates and the marks obtained in the preliminary examination
shall not be counted for determining the final order of merit of the candidates.
For the every notified vacancy, 10 candidates from the preliminary examination in the order of
merit, shall be selected for the main examination. If more than one candidate obtains the same mark
as that of the last candidate in the descending order of merit, all such candidates securing identical
mark shall be treated as qualified for the main examination. Only those candidates who are declared
by the High Court to have qualified in the preliminary examination will be eligible for admission to
the main written examination, provided they are otherwise found eligible for admission to the main
examination. Short list of candidates selected for the main examination will be published by the
High Court in the Notice Board and the website of the High Court.

8. Scheme of the Main Examination:
a) Written Examination:
The Kerala Judicial Service Examination (Main) will consist of 4 papers of written
examination each carrying 100 marks at a total of 400 marks, based on the syllabus given below and
viva voce carrying 50 marks. The prescribed duration for each paper will be three hours. Cut-off
mark in the main written examination is 40% for each paper with an overall minimum of 45% of the
total marks in the written examination. Fraction of half or more than half shall be regarded as full
marks and less than half shall be ignored.
b) Viva voce:
Only those candidates who score the prescribed percentage of marks or more in the main
written examination shall be called for viva voce. The cut-off marks in the viva voce is fixed as
40%. Fraction of half or more than half shall be regarded as full marks and less than half shall be
ignored. The marks secured by a candidate in the viva voce shall be added to the total marks secured
by him at the written examination (Main). – 3 -

10. Training:
Every person selected for appointment shall undergo training for a period of not less than one
year extendable up to two years. The training will be conducted by the Kerala Judicial Academy.
During the period of training, appointees will be paid an allowance of ` 27,700/- per month.
11. Probation:
Every person appointed shall be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a
continuous period of three years from the date on which he joins duty.
12.Tests:
Every person appointed shall, within the period of probation, pass the Account Test for
Executive Officers of the Kerala State or the Account Test (Lower) unless he has already passed
either of those tests.
13. How to apply:
(a) Application shall be submitted in the prescribed format in good quality A4 size paper, which
can be downloaded from the official website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in.
(b) Applications shall be accompanied by Demand Draft for `1000/- drawn on State Bank of
India in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Kerala payable at Ernakulam. However,
no fee is payable in the case of unemployed physically handicapped candidates. The Demand
Draft should not be dated before 31.1.2012 and after 3.3.2012. The candidate who apply for
both the NCA vacancies and the regular vacancies need to remit only one fee of `1000/- by
way of demand draft. But they should enter the details of the demand draft in both the
applications. The – 4 -
candidates should write their name and address on the reverse of the Demand Draft and send
it along with the application. Fee once remitted will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
(c) Application form including the forms of Admission ticket (form ‘A’) and Attendance slip
(form ‘B’) contains 7 pages.
(d) The candidates who are in the service of the Government of India or any of the State
Governments applying to the post by direct recruitment should obtain No Objection
Certificate from their Head of Office or Department and keep it with them. If the candidate
fails to produce the No Objection Certificate as and when called for, his/her candidature will
stand cancelled.
(e) Candidates should read carefully this Notification and all the columns of the application form,
before filling them.
(f) All the columns should be filled up by the candidate in his / her own hand. Do not fill up any
column by dashes or dots or any other marks or leave any column blank. If any column is not
applicable, write ‘not applicable’ against that particular column.
(g) Full and correct information shall be furnished against every column. Furnishing of false or
incorrect information or suppression of material information will disqualify the candidate at
any stage of selection. Anything not specifically claimed in the application against the
appropriate column will not be considered at a later stage.
(h) The candidates should affix recently taken (within the last six months) passport size
photographs on the application, Admission Ticket and Attendance Slip and sign across them.
(i) Additional sheets of the same size as the sheets of the application form can be used, if space
provided against any column is found to be insufficient. In such cases appropriate indications
shall be given both against the relevant column in the application form and in the additional
sheets so used.
(j) No alteration or modification of entries in the application form shall be permitted after the
same is submitted to the Registrar and any request in this regard shall render the application
invalid.
(k) Duly filled up Admission Ticket and Attendance Slip in Forms ‘A’ & ‘B’ with self attested
photographs shall be forwarded along with the applications. At present, the candidates need
not send copies of any testimonials/documents to the High Court. They should produce the
originals and copies of certificates in proof of their claims in the application as and when
called for. Failure to produce the original documents when called for, will result in
disqualification of the applicant.
(l) Applications which do not comply with the instructions shall be rejected.
(m)Applications duly filled up in all respects shall be submitted to the Registrar General, High
Court of Kerala, Kochi–682 031, on or before 03.03.2012………………….=…………..2012.
(n) To avoid postal delay, the candidates may send their applications sufficiently early. The High
Court will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit.
(o) Applications received in the High Court after the last date shall, under no circumstances be
considered.

Subject: The Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) under the chairmanship of the present Governor of Jammu & Kashmir H.E. Sri Narendra Nath Vohra has been hurting the sentiments of Hindu society through commission of serious iegularities in the conduction of the sacred Amarnath Yatra!
With humble respects and compliments, we wish to approach your highest offices with the following submission:
(A) Your learned-self knows well Sri Amarnath Cave Temple Pilgrimage - the testing Yatra by the Sant Fraternity and the common devotees to Mount Amarnath at an Himalayan altitude of 13,500 ft surrounded by snowy mountains to have a glorious Darshan (divine glimpse) and blessings of Baba Amarnathji has been in vogue since times immemorial, i.e., even during the Mahabharata period over 5,000 years ago it was venerated and celebrated as one of the 'ancient' Yatras along with those of the other spiritually elevating pilgrimages of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Pasupatinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri and Kailash-Mansarovar conducted by the Rishi-Krishi Tradition/Himalayan Tradition covering the Sahasraar Region (Spiritual Crown Centre radiating on a global scale since pristine times strong spiritual vibrations, currents and profound ideas; the region celebrated in modern times as the 'Roof of the World', i.e., the highest region) of the living entity Mother Earth. Negotiating with the now sweet and now rough icy, stormy or rainy Himalayan moods and the prohibitive rugged terrain, the Hindu lion-heart pilgrims have anyway been trekking and mountaineering to the Holy Shrine of Amarnath all the year round, but the mega Yatra taking place between Jyestha Purnima and Shraavan Purnima does have an outstanding significance in the calendar of activities there. The zeal and zest of the pilgrims never diminished in spite of natural calamities and terrorist attacks. Their numbers instead kept on mounting year after year.
(B) As a response to some mishaps that took place due to vagaries of nature, the 'Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB)' was formed in 2001 CE whose duties, rights and scope of work were defined under the 'Jammu-Kashmir Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board Act, 2000' by the State Government there. Also some clear directions pertaining to this Act were issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir. H.E. the Governor of the State was appointed the ex-officio Chairman of this important Shrine Board. In its initial years this Shrine Board facilitated and entertained the pilgrims by deliverance of several remarkable works. But, unfortunately, for the last some years the Shrine Board working under the stewardship of the present Governor of Jammu & Kashmir H.E. Sri Narendra Nath Vohra has unduly jumped its mandate and disturbed the landscapes and mindscapes thereby upsetting the global Hindu society and deteriorating the sensitive atmosphere of Jammu & Kashmir.
(C) Some of the controversial decisions in the matter taken by the present Governor are listed hereby:-
(i) In order for facilitation of the Amarnath pilgrimage, the Government of Jammu & Kashmir had made a provisional allotment of some plots of land for the cause of this Yatra which was also duly validated by the Hon'ble High Court. But intimidated by the pointless hullabaloo and dust raised by the separatists in the year 2008, the present Governor made an unauthorized declaration of returning the said land to the Government. With this defeatist declaration and by illegally relinquishing the responsibility of running this Yatra to the Government his lack of right aptitude and temperament was out in the open. At that time this unbecoming declaration had not only fired emotions in the sensitive region of Jammu & Kashmir but also disappointed and frustrated the whole nation and the entire global Hindu presence that forms 1/6th of the 7 billion global population. Due to his irresponsible decision Jammu remained closed for 63 days, 14 people lost their lives and the people had also to bear the loss of material wealth worth over INR 1,000 crores. The loss caused due to the division between the Kashmir Valley and the Jammu Region cannot be counted.
(ii) It is a matter of great happiness for all who look upon the State of Jammu & Kashmir as an integral part of Bharat and celebrate the Amarnath Yatra as the State's greatest annual event that now this Yatra occupies an outstanding position in the national and international pilgrimage map and the pilgrimage now registers an expotential growth in terms of participation of pilgrims which is why the Hon'ble High Court had also issued unambiguous orders in 2004 that the period of this Yatra should be for two months. Till 2009 CE the Yatra ran for 60 days. But in 2010, for some strange reason, it was reduced to 55 days. Faced with protests from the Hindu society and the Saint fraternity, His Excellency the Governor gave assurances for a 60-day Yatra the following year. But when the time for the Yatra came in 2011, he, under a mysterious arbitrary move, curtailed the Yatra duration to 45 days .They made every deliberate exercises to further curtail the duration of the Yatra in 2012. They finally curtailed it to 39 days and arbitrarily decided 25th June as the Muhurat for 2012. They decided this date in the month of October-2011. Is it possible to forecast the weather 9 months in advance? They brought forward the Langarwalas in support of this conspiracy. They opened the Pandora's-box by bringing them into this controversy. Their conspiracy was exposed when many Langarwalas came forward and said that they are ready to hold their Langars throughout the year. Hindu society and saints made a strong protest but the Board turned a deaf ear. When the Gujjars of Kashmir and some youths offered themselves to clear the way they were disallowed by using force. The society made a strong protest against this conspiracy but their voice was crushed brutally. Every year by raising an unwarranted controversy over the time-honoured fact of Yatra duration including its flag off and the finale dates, H.E. the Governor creates tempests and this atmosphere of uncertainty appears to be conspiring to put a question mark on the future of the Yatra. If the annual 22,000 ft high altitude Mansarovar Yatra and the 12,000 ft high altitude Kedarnath Yatra can start in April/May and run with zeal and zest for full six months then why on earth the 13,500 ft high altitude Amarnath Yatra cannot start on Jyestha Purnima and run for two months till Shraavan Purnima (Raksha Bandhan Day) which 60-day period smoothly falls within the bracket of the said 180-day period?
(iii) Instead of performing his duties as set down by the Shrine Board Act, H.E. the Governor has been hanging out with and propping up those things and activities that are expressly prohibited by the Constitution of Bharat, the Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) Act and the Hon'ble Judiciary. His mandate is for smooth conduction of and extensive & intensive infrastructural facilitation for the Yatra including its safety and security aspects. The Board should build Hospitals and Yatri-Nivas at various points and find alternative routes for the Yatra. They have nothing as yet to report on these issues. Unfortunately, the H.E. Governor's energy and focus is misspent every year on his misplaced keenness to meddle with the Yatra duration and its traditional Muhurt. Given the great significance this august and pristine Shrine commands in our national psyche and life, the unjustifiable annual acts of omission & commission affecting this Yatra only serves directly or indirectly the agenda of the separatists that do the bids of forces that handle them from across the borders who, the world knows, want that this Yatra that ensures Bharatiya integrity & unity must be done away with at any cost for all times to come.
(iv) From their activities for some years now, the character of the present Board appears to be anti-Hindu and anti-Yatra. The H.E. Governor, unfortunately, entertains such irreverent members on the Shrine Board panel that have no faith in Baba Amarnathji and the Yatra. One member says this Yatra endangers environment and it melts the glacier of the place. Everybody knows that there is no glacier whatsoever there. By circulation of such fallacious, misplaced and misleading pieces of their mind they strike at the roots of Hindu reverence and faith and question the very raison d'etre of the natural Shrine. Yet another member questions the scientific base and raison d'etre of Baba Amarnathji. About 70% of manpower on the Shrine Board is non-Hindu as against the time-honored universal principle that people not subscribing to the school of belief, faith and worship of a Shrine or place of worship or religion must not have a locus standi on its Board or Trust. It is quite discernible as to whether the present Shrine Board constituted on such anomalous and irreverent lines would promote this sacred Yatra or ensure its uprooting at the end of the day!
(v) Your Excellency, there are more such cases in point pertaining to the weird approach and functional patterns of H.E. the Governor that strike at the roots of Hindu faith and points of veneration. The unfair decisions being taken by him by jumping the Constitutional mandates are upsetting more the situation of Jammu & Kashmir and hurting ad infinitum the sensibilities of the Hindu society.
(D) We, therefore, hereby humbly request Your Excellency to –
1. Call back the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir without delay which would preempt further deterioration in the situation there;
2. Reconstitute the Sri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) with inclusion of only those members in its rank & file that have Aasthaa (faith and reverence) in Baba Amarnath;
3. The Muhurt and duration of the Yatra should be determined as per the Hindu Aastha and tradition which speaks of the Yatra running from Jyestha Purnima to Shravan Purnima. The area of Baba Amarnath comes under the Hindu scriptural jurisdiction and purview of the Jyotish Peeth at Joshimath and its head His Divine Grace Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanandji Saraswati has clearly declared that Yatris have every right to visit the Holy Shrine throughout the year and it should start on Jyeshth Purnima this year. So far as the question of vagaries of nature and weather is concerned, it is a well-known fact that when it is bad then every such Yatra remains in suspended animation and awaits the situation turning fair. Such serene and prayerful wait the pilgrims practice in this Yatra as well. The Yatra last year had started on 29th June as per the Governor's scheme of things, and even then the Yatra had to be suspended 6 times due to prohibitive weather conditions. Did not the pilgrims practice patient wait that time round? Can the Governor guarantee that if the Yatra begins on 25th June it won't be suspended?
4. On similar lines as the hills and mountains of Tirupati and Mata Vaishno Devi have been designated as Sacred Hills and Sacred Mountains, the Amarnath Mount and the area surrounding it and also covering all possible conduits leading to it should be declared as Sacred Sri Amarnath Kshetra.
(E) Your Excellency, the Governor of a State functions as your representative. His activities, therefore, reflect on the standing of your highest offices. If a Governor jumps his mandate and makes a wide off the mark judgment that also upsets the trustworthiness of such a dignified post of the country. We hope that the withdrawing of the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir with immediate effect would surely prevent the situation in the State from further deteriorating. That key post in the State of J&K calls for and deserves such an intuitive and farsighted Governor who can not only ensure the country's integrity but also meticulously observe his constitutional mandate to always uphold the national interest and that of the national society.

Subject: The Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) under the chairmanship of the present Governor of Jammu & Kashmir H.E. Sri Narendra Nath Vohra has been hurting the sentiments of Hindu society through commission of serious iegularities in the conduction of the sacred Amarnath Yatra!
With humble respects and compliments, we wish to approach your highest offices with the following submission:
(A) Your learned-self knows well Sri Amarnath Cave Temple Pilgrimage - the testing Yatra by the Sant Fraternity and the common devotees to Mount Amarnath at an Himalayan altitude of 13,500 ft surrounded by snowy mountains to have a glorious Darshan (divine glimpse) and blessings of Baba Amarnathji has been in vogue since times immemorial, i.e., even during the Mahabharata period over 5,000 years ago it was venerated and celebrated as one of the 'ancient' Yatras along with those of the other spiritually elevating pilgrimages of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Pasupatinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri and Kailash-Mansarovar conducted by the Rishi-Krishi Tradition/Himalayan Tradition covering the Sahasraar Region (Spiritual Crown Centre radiating on a global scale since pristine times strong spiritual vibrations, currents and profound ideas; the region celebrated in modern times as the 'Roof of the World', i.e., the highest region) of the living entity Mother Earth. Negotiating with the now sweet and now rough icy, stormy or rainy Himalayan moods and the prohibitive rugged terrain, the Hindu lion-heart pilgrims have anyway been trekking and mountaineering to the Holy Shrine of Amarnath all the year round, but the mega Yatra taking place between Jyestha Purnima and Shraavan Purnima does have an outstanding significance in the calendar of activities there. The zeal and zest of the pilgrims never diminished in spite of natural calamities and terrorist attacks. Their numbers instead kept on mounting year after year.
(B) As a response to some mishaps that took place due to vagaries of nature, the 'Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB)' was formed in 2001 CE whose duties, rights and scope of work were defined under the 'Jammu-Kashmir Sri Amarnathji Shrine Board Act, 2000' by the State Government there. Also some clear directions pertaining to this Act were issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir. H.E. the Governor of the State was appointed the ex-officio Chairman of this important Shrine Board. In its initial years this Shrine Board facilitated and entertained the pilgrims by deliverance of several remarkable works. But, unfortunately, for the last some years the Shrine Board working under the stewardship of the present Governor of Jammu & Kashmir H.E. Sri Narendra Nath Vohra has unduly jumped its mandate and disturbed the landscapes and mindscapes thereby upsetting the global Hindu society and deteriorating the sensitive atmosphere of Jammu & Kashmir.
(C) Some of the controversial decisions in the matter taken by the present Governor are listed hereby:-
(i) In order for facilitation of the Amarnath pilgrimage, the Government of Jammu & Kashmir had made a provisional allotment of some plots of land for the cause of this Yatra which was also duly validated by the Hon'ble High Court. But intimidated by the pointless hullabaloo and dust raised by the separatists in the year 2008, the present Governor made an unauthorized declaration of returning the said land to the Government. With this defeatist declaration and by illegally relinquishing the responsibility of running this Yatra to the Government his lack of right aptitude and temperament was out in the open. At that time this unbecoming declaration had not only fired emotions in the sensitive region of Jammu & Kashmir but also disappointed and frustrated the whole nation and the entire global Hindu presence that forms 1/6th of the 7 billion global population. Due to his irresponsible decision Jammu remained closed for 63 days, 14 people lost their lives and the people had also to bear the loss of material wealth worth over INR 1,000 crores. The loss caused due to the division between the Kashmir Valley and the Jammu Region cannot be counted.
(ii) It is a matter of great happiness for all who look upon the State of Jammu & Kashmir as an integral part of Bharat and celebrate the Amarnath Yatra as the State's greatest annual event that now this Yatra occupies an outstanding position in the national and international pilgrimage map and the pilgrimage now registers an expotential growth in terms of participation of pilgrims which is why the Hon'ble High Court had also issued unambiguous orders in 2004 that the period of this Yatra should be for two months. Till 2009 CE the Yatra ran for 60 days. But in 2010, for some strange reason, it was reduced to 55 days. Faced with protests from the Hindu society and the Saint fraternity, His Excellency the Governor gave assurances for a 60-day Yatra the following year. But when the time for the Yatra came in 2011, he, under a mysterious arbitrary move, curtailed the Yatra duration to 45 days .They made every deliberate exercises to further curtail the duration of the Yatra in 2012. They finally curtailed it to 39 days and arbitrarily decided 25th June as the Muhurat for 2012. They decided this date in the month of October-2011. Is it possible to forecast the weather 9 months in advance? They brought forward the Langarwalas in support of this conspiracy. They opened the Pandora's-box by bringing them into this controversy. Their conspiracy was exposed when many Langarwalas came forward and said that they are ready to hold their Langars throughout the year. Hindu society and saints made a strong protest but the Board turned a deaf ear. When the Gujjars of Kashmir and some youths offered themselves to clear the way they were disallowed by using force. The society made a strong protest against this conspiracy but their voice was crushed brutally. SABARIMALA CONTRIBUTES MUCH A LOT TO STRENGTHEN THE NATIONAL INTEGRATION AND NATIONAL PRESTIGE, SINCE 5 CRORES OF DEVOTEES IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RELIGION,CASTE AND CREEDS, STATE AND STATUS ASSEMBLE AT SABARIMALA WITH IN A SHORT SPAN OF TIME. WITH OUT GETTING ANY BASIC AMENITIES SUCH AS FOOD,DRINKING WATER,MEDICAL AID,ACCOMMODATION AND TOILET FECILITIES THE PILGRIME ARE SUFFERING FOR THE LAST SOMANY YEARS. CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON WAR FOOTING FOR THE REDRESSAL OF LONG PENDING GRIEVANCES OF CRORES OF DEVOTEES TREKKING TO SABARIMALA.
THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IGNORES THE INTRESTS AND DEMANDS OF THE DEVOTEES, WHO ARE USING THE RAILWAYS FOR THEIR JOURNEY FOR SABARIMALA FROM ANDHRAPRADESH,KARNATAKA & TAMILNADU. VERY FEW TRAINS ARE RUNNING DURING THE SEASON, SO THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL SAFELY TO SABARIMALA. THE CENTRAL EXECUTIVE COMMIITTEE OF SABARIMALA AYYAPPA SEVA SAMAJAM DEMANDED TO SANCTION 50 MORE ADDITIONAL SPECIAL TRAINS FROM MAIN RAILWAY STATIONS OF SOUTHERN STATES. THE COMMITTEE POINTED OUT THAT THE RAILWAYS HAVE RECEIVED A REVENUE OF Rs. 300 CRORES DURING THE LAST SEASON FROM VARIOUS RAILWAY STATIONS OF SOUTHERN STATES THROUGH TICKET COLLECTIONS. BUT, THE RAILWAY DID NOT SPENT AT LEAST ONE PERCENT OF TOTAL REVENUE RECEIVED FROM THE PILGRIMS FOR PROVIDING RAILWAY FECILITEES.FOR DOUBLING THE RAILWAY LINE FROM ERNAKULAM TO CHENGANNUR IN KERALA WILL COST ONLY Rs.100 CRORES. EVERY YEAR THE RAILWAYS IS GETTING REVENUE3 TIMES MORE THAN THE TOATAL EXPENDITURE FOR DOUBLING THE ABOVE LINES, AT THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE STONGLY CONDEMNED THE INDIFFERENT AND ANTI DEVOTEE STAND IN NOT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT RAIL FECILITIES TO SABARIMALA PILGRIMES AND URGED TO COMPLETE THE RAILWAY DOUBLING WORKS BEFORE THE 15/11/2012 POSSITIVELY.
THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE URGED THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE OF PARLIAMENT TO VISIT SABARIMALA IMMEDIATELY TO TAKE STOCK OF THE SITUATION WHICH VIOLATES THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF THE CRORES OF DEVOTEES.
THE COMMITTEE DEMANDED TO FORM GREATER DEVOLOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR SABARIMALA INCLUDING ALL IMPORTANT DEVOTEES REPRESENTING FROM AP, KARNATAKA,TAMILNADU&KERALA.
THE CEC URGED THE KERALA STATE GOVERNMENT TO APPROACH TAMILNADU,KARNATAKA AND ANDHRAPRADESH GOVERMENTS TO DEPUTE THEIR POLICE TO SABARIMALA FOR MANAGING THE CROWD AND SOLVE THE LANGUAGE PROBLEM WITH THE PILGRIMES AND POLICE.

THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE URGED THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE OF PARLIAMENT TO VISIT SABARIMALA IMMEDIATELY TO TAKE STOCK OF THE SITUATION WHICH VIOLATES THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF THE CRORES OF DEVOTEES.

अमरनाथ यात्रा की अवधि का विवाद प्राकृतिक मौसम के कारण नहीं राजनीतिक मौसम की खराबी के कारण निर्माण किया जा रहा है यह आरोप लगाते हुए विश्व हिन्दू परिषद् के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता डा सुरेन्द्र कुमार जैन ने कहा कि अमरनाथ श्राइन बोर्ड केवल कुछ अलगाववादियों को खुश करने के लिए हिन्दुओ की इस पावन यात्रा के साथ खिलवाड़ करने का दुस्साहस कर रहे है | वे आज यहाँ पत्रकारों को संबोधित कर रहे थे और उनके साथ विश्व हिन्दू परिषद् , जम्मू कश्मीर प्रांत के वे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे जिनके नेतृत्व में इस पावन यात्रा की गरिमा को बचाने का संघर्ष चल रहा है और इस आन्दोलन के पहले चरण में शिवभक्तो को विजय प्राप्त हुई है | अब वे दिल्ली जाकर राष्ट्रपति से भेट करेगे और उनसे इस यात्रा के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले राज्यपाल को हटाने तथा भविष्य में किसी और को खिलवाड़ न करने देने की व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित करने का निवेदन करेगे | इस प्रतिनिधि मंडल में जम्मू कश्मीर प्रांत के उपाध्यक्ष श्री हेमराज खजुरिया,प्रांत के महामंत्री डा श्याम लाल गुप्ता,जम्मू के अध्यक्ष डा वी के गुप्ता , बजरग दल के क्षेत्रीय संयोजक श्री नन्द किशोर और प्रांत संयोजक श्री नीरज कुमार शामिल है | डा जैन ने वर्त्तमान राज्यपाल श्री वोहरा के नेतृत्व में गठित बोर्ड पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि इन्होने ही २००८ में बाबा की जमीन का दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण विवाद खड़ा करके पूरे देश में आग लगाईं थी जिसके कारण ६३ दिन जम्मू बंद रहा था और १४ शिवभक्तो को अपना बलिदान देना पड़ा था | उसके बाद से ही ये इस पावन यात्रा की अवधि कम करते-करते हुए इसको बंद करने का षडयंत्र कर रहे है | यात्रियों की बढ़ती संख्या के बावजूद अवधि को लगातार कम करते जाना एक षडयंत्र ही हो सकता है | २०१० में ५५ दिन ,२०११मे ४५ दिन और २०१२ में और भी घटाकर ३९ दिन करना मौसम या मार्ग के कारण नहीं केवल algaavavaadiyo को खुश करने के लिए ही हो सकता है | २००८ में लगाईं गई आग भी उनके इशारे पर ही लगी थी | यह अब स्पष्ट हो गया है कि वहा के राज्यपाल अलगाववादियों के एजेंट और बोर्ड के सदस्य उनके सेवक की तरह काम कर रहे है |
डा जैन ने बताया कि अमरनाथ श्राइन बोर्ड के दायित्व और अधिकारों का निर्णय अमरनाथ श्राइन बोर्ड एक्ट ,मुखर्जी कमीशन की रिपोर्ट और २००५ में जस्टिस कोहली का निर्णय ही करते है | इन सबके अनुसार उस कठिन परिस्थिति में यात्रियों की सुरक्षा और सुविधा के लिए वहा पर अस्पताल बनाने चाहिए, मार्ग चौड़े होने चाहिए, मौसम खराब होने पर उपयोग होने वाले यात्री निवास होने चाहिए | परन्तु दुर्भाग्य से इन सब कामो में अपनी नाकामी को छुपाने के लिए वे हर बार वे काम करते है जिनको करने का अधिकार उनको नहीं है | वे अवधि के साथ बार बार छेड़खानी करके एक अनिश्चितता का वातावरण निर्माण करना चाहते है जिससे यात्री परेशान हो जाए और यात्रा बंद करके घाटी में हिन्दू के जाने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबन्ध के अलगाववादी एजेंडे को पूरा किया जा सके | वे पुराने और अलग अलग समय पर बनाए गए चित्र दिखाकर शिवभक्तो को धोखा देना चाहते है | बाबा के मार्ग में बर्फ नहीं होगी तो क्या जालंधर और चंडीगढ़ के बाजारों में होगी ? बर्फ हमेशा होती है इसीलिए उसे बर्फानी बाबा कहा जाता है | अप्रेल माह में पंजाब के कुछ युवक वहा दर्शन कर चुके है | उस समय के चित्र अखबारों में छप चुके है | टी वी चैनल दिखा चुके है | अब वे कहते है के मार्ग ठीक नहीं है | क्या इतने दिनों में वे मार्ग को ठीक करने की जगह बंद करने का काम करते रहे है ? उनके नापाक इरादों का भंड़ा फोड़ उसी समय हो गया था जब पूज्य ज्ञानानद जी महाराज ने कहा था कि बोर्ड तो अक्तूबर में ही २५ जून तय कर चुका था , सदस्यों से तो केवल धोखे या दबाव से हस्ताक्षर कराये गए और ज्ञानानद जी इस धोखे में नहीं आये | अब वे बार बार बर्फ दिखाकर पूरे देश के साथ धोखा करना चाहते है जिसको शिवभक्त सहन नहीं कर सकते |
अब कथित उपसमिति के अध्यक्ष रविशंकर जी से बयान दिलवाकर वे फिर भ्रम फैलाना चाहते है | इन्होने ही श्रीनगर में जाकर विहिप के उपाध्यक्ष को कहा था कि कुछ मुसलमानों से कहालावादों , मै दो महीने की कर दूगा| इन्होने ही मुझे कहाथा कि बोर्ड के पदाधिकारियों ने कहा है कि अगर अवधि दो महीने कर दी तो अलगाववादी नाराज हो जायेगे और २००८ दोहरा दिया जाएगा | क्या वे हुर्रियत का प्रमाण पत्र लेकर नोबल शान्ति पुरस्कार प्राप्त करना चाहते ? उन्होंने जो करना था कर दिया | अब वे इसमे उलझ कर अपने हाथ और न जलाए | २००८ में उनकी भूमिका को जम्मू के लोग अभी तक नहीं भूले है | उन्हें हुर्रियत की नाराजगी की चिंता है ,क्या हिन्दू समाज की नाराजगी का उनके जीवन में कोई स्थान नहीं है ? क्या हिन्दू यात्रा के मामले भी हुर्रियत तय करेगी ?
विश्व हिन्दू परिषद् के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि ३ जून से ही जम्मू में पूरे देश से हजारो शिवभक्त उपस्थित थे जो ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा पर बाबा के दर्शन करना चाहते थे | उनको जबरन रोका गया | वहा रास्ता साफ़ करने करने के लिए गूजर भाई जाना चाहते थे ,उनको भी नहीं जाने दिया गया | जब बजरंग दल के १५० कार्यकर्ताओं ने वहा की सही स्थिति जानने के लिए जाने की कोशिश की तो उनको गिरफ्तार किया गया | इसका साफ़ मतलब है कि वे वहा की स्थिति को छुपाना चाहते है | जम्मू में एकत्रित हजारो शिवभक्तो को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया | अब उन्हें ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा को ही पूजन करना पड़ा चाहे वह अधूरा ही था | इसका मतलब है कि कि अब ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा स्थापित हो चुकी है, वे इससे पीछे नहीं हट सकते | उन्हें देश का क्रोध भी दिखाई दे गया है | परन्तु वर्त्तमान राज्यपाल और यह हिन्दू विरोधी बोर्ड इस यात्रा के विकास के लिए नहीं उसके विनाश के लिए काम कर रहा है | इसलिए अब विश्व हिन्दू परिषद् जम्मू कश्मीर का यह प्रतिनिधि मंडल दिल्ली जाकर महामहिम राष्ट्रपति , प्रधानमंत्री व गृह मंत्री से मुलाक़ात कर इस राज्यपाल और सम्पूर्ण बोर्ड को बदलने की माग करेगा |
इनको बदलने के अलावा हम ऐसी व्यवस्थाए बनाने की माग करेगे जिससे भविष्य में फिर कोई राज्यपाल इस यात्रा के साथ खिलवाड़ न कर सके | हमारी मांगे है :
१. वर्त्तमान राज्यपाल को अविलम्ब हटाकर एक शिवभक्त और देशभक्त राज्यपाल को वहा नियुक्त किया जाए |
२.बोर्ड का वर्मान चरित्र हिन्दू विरोधी और शिव विरोधी है | इनको बदलकर शिवभक्तो का ही बोर्ड बनाया जाए |
३.बाबा अमरनाथ के दर्शन के लिए जाने वाले सभी मार्गो को मिलाकर जो क्षेत्र बनाता है उसे बाबा अमरनाथ क्षेत्र घोषित किया जाए जिस तरह माता वैष्णो देवी या तिरुपति में होता है |
४.बाबा अमरनाथ के मार्गो में बड़े अस्पताल बनाए जाए जिससे वहा कोई आपदा आने पर शिवभक्तो के प्राणों को बचाया जा सके |
५.बाबा के मार्गो को चौड़ा करना , वहा यात्री विश्रामगृह बनाना ,जगह जगह आक्सीजन की व्यवस्था करना आदि जो काम उनके है उनको अविलम्ब पूरा करने का आदेश दिया जाए क्योकि राज्यपाल राष्ट्रपति का ही प्रतिनिधित्व करता है |
हम उनसे निवेदन करेगे कि वे एक माह में ही उपयुक्त आदेश दे | अब हम हर वर्ष यह झगडा नहीं चाहते | यदि वे उपयुक्त कार्यवाही नहीं करते तो हमें एक राष्ट्रव्यापी आन्दोलन खड़ा करना पडेगा |

जम्मू कश्मीर के कार्यवाहक पुलिस महानिदेशक के बयान कि" कश्मीर में आतंकवाद दम तोड़ रहा है और घाटी में सुरक्षा का माहौल ठीक है " का स्वागत करते हुए विश्व हिन्दू परिषद् के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता डा सुरेन्द्र जैन ने आज पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि अब जम्मू कश्मीर में सुरक्षा कोई मुद्दा नहीं रह गया है | जहा तक मार्ग का सवाल है तो अब सारी दुनिया जान चुकी है कि यात्री वहा पर अप्रैल से ही जा रहे है | इसलिए अब वहा मार्ग भी कोई मुद्दा नहीं रह गया है | मौसम हमेशा अनिश्चित रहता है | क्या बोर्ड यह लिखकर दे सकता है कि उनकी हठधर्मिता से निर्धारित की गई तारीख २५ जून को मौसम साफ़ रहेगा? यदि नहीं तो हमेशा की तरह यात्रा अपने मुहूर्त ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा पर शुरू कर देनी चाहिए | जब मौसम खराब होगा यात्री रुकेगे | ठीक होने पर वे फिर चल देगे | यही हमेशा होता है | अब यात्रा को २५ जून तक लंबित करने का बोर्ड के पास कोई नैतिक अधिकार नहीं रह गया है | इसलिए उसे अपनी जिद छोड़ देनी चाहिए | उनको समझदारी से काम लेना चाहिए और यात्रा को ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा से ही शुरू करने देना चाहिए | अब तक वे जम्मू कश्मीर का काफी माहौल खराब कर चुके है | अब उन्होंने तीर्थ यात्रियों की बसों को लखनपाल में रोकना शुरू कर दिया है | जनता की रक्षा के लिए दिए गए अधिकारों का अगर वे जनता के विरुद्ध ही प्रयोग करेगे तो इससे माहौल और भी खराब हो सकता है | यदि वे इसी निरंकुशता के साथ आन्दोलन को दबाना चाहते है तो वे शिवभक्तो को रोक नहीं पायेगे और इसकी देशव्यापी तीव्र प्रतिक्रिया होगी | अब फैसला बोर्ड को करना है कि वे क्या चाहते है | हम दोनों परिस्थिति के लिए तैयार है |

आगरा, 4 जून 2012 : देश में जब घोर निराशा एवं अंधकार का वातावरण था, लोग मुगलों के सेनापति बनने को तैयार हो जाते थे, किन्तु राजा बनने की हिम्मत नही जुटा पाते थे, ऐसे समय शिवाजी महाराज ने हिन्दू समाज के चैतन्य को जगाया। उनके जीवन से प्रेरणा लेकर आने वाले भारत के भविष्य का स्वयंसेवक निर्माण करें। दुनिया के अनेक देश शिवाजी के जीवन से प्रेरणा ले रहे हैं।
उक्त उद्बोधन हिन्दू साम्राज्य दिनोत्सव के अवसर पर लाल किला आगरा के प्रवेश द्वार के सामने घोड़े पर सवार छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज की प्रतिमा के समक्ष आयोजित राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के कार्यक्रम में संघ के क्षेत्र प्रचारक शिवप्रकाश ने व्यक्त किए।
यह कार्यक्रम संघ के छ: उत्सवों में से एक है, जिसे हिन्दवी स्वराज्य दिवस के रूप में प्रतिवर्ष मनाया जाता है। संघ के क्षेत्रीय प्रचारक शिवप्रकाश ने कहा कि शिवाजी ने मात्र सत्ता सुख प्राप्त करने तथा निहित स्वार्थ के कारण मुगलों से संघर्ष नहीं किया, अपितु हिन्दू समाज में धर्म आधारित मूल्यों को प्रतिस्थापित किया। समाज को घोर अंधकार और निराशा के वातावरण से उभार कर उसमें चैतन्यता का भाव जगाया। शिवाजी में असीम धैर्य विद्यमान था, वह शत्रुदल की शक्ति का आंकलन कर नीति निर्धारण करते थे।
शिवाजी का उच्चकोटि चरित्र था। उन्होंने व्यक्तिगत सेना व्यवस्था को बदलकर सेना देश के लिए होनी चाहिए, इस प्रकार की सेना का गठन किया। इस प्रकार व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थ त्याग कर राष्ट्र भक्ति के उच्च आदर्शों का भाव देश में निर्माण किया। राष्ट्र की सुरक्षा हेतु नौसैना का निर्माण किया इससे उनकी दूर दृष्टि की क्षमता दृष्टिगोचर होती है।
स्वदेशी तकनीक अपनाकर स्वदेशी सिक्का, स्वदेशी शस्त्र तथा धर्मान्तरित मुसलमानों का परावर्तन कर समस्या का स्थाई समाधान करने का प्रयास किया। आज के संदर्भ की तुलना में वे सत्ता-स्वार्थ एवं अहंकार से दूर थे। उन्होंने प्रतीक के रूप में राज्य का संचालन किया।
इस अवसर पर महानगर संघ चालक श्यामकिशोर एवं सह संघ चालक विजय गोयल मंच पर उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ शिवाजी महाराज के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण कर किया गया।

आगरा, 4 जून 2012 : प्रकृति और ईश्वर ने माताऔं को त्याग, सेवा और वात्सल्य का गुण प्रदान किया है। माताऐ सेवा की साक्षात प्रतिमा है और कहा जाए तो वह जीवन की धुरी हैं। मॉं सेवा की प्रतिमूर्ति है| उसके गुणों और समर्पण को वाणी से व्यक्त नही किया जा सकता वरन अनुभव किया जा सकता है। यह विचार साध्वी दीदी मॉं ॠतंभरा ने मातृ मण्डल सेवा भारती पश्चिमी उ.प्र. क्षेत्र की दायित्ववान माताओं और बहनों की दो दिवसीय बैठक का उदघाटन करते हुए व्यक्त किये।
उन्होंने कहा, कि भारतीय संस्कृति में मॉं का समर्पण ही भोजन को प्रसाद बनाता है। ब्रह्मा, विष्णु और महेश तीनों देव मॉं के सामने नतमस्तक हुऐ है। परिवार में मॉं ही है जो बच्चों को परम्परा और संस्कृति का बोध कराती है। मॉं को इस प्रकार का स्वभाव प्रकृति और ईश्वर ने स्वयं दिया है। राष्ट्र के स्वाभिमान की बात आती है तो मॉं ही पहले समर्पण को आगे आती है और शहीदों की मॉं बन जाती है। जब इंसान छोटी-छाटी लालसाओं में जकड़ा रहता है, तब तुलसी को महान तुलसीदास बनने को मॉं ही प्रेरित करती है। दूसरे के दर्द को सबसे अधिक मॉं ही समझ सकती है।
स्वामी विवेकान्द की 150वी जयंती पर मातृमण्डल की दायित्ववान कार्यकर्ता बहनों को उदबोधित करते हुए साध्वी दीदी मॉं ॠतंभरा ने मातृशक्ति को आस्रवान करते हुए कहा, कि वह समान अनुभूति करते हुऐ सम्पूर्ण समाज को अपना परिवार मान कर सेवा करे। ईश्वर ने हमें सेवा के लिये चुना है। जब प्रभू हमको चुनते है तो शरीर कंचन और नंदनवन बन जाता है। निष्पक्षता, सत्यवादिता, सहानुभूति एव लक्ष्य के प्रति दृढ़ता और समान सहानुभूति के आधार पर सच्ची सेवा की जा सकती है।
साध्वी दीदी मॉं ॠतंभरा ने मातृमण्डल की बहनों को उदबोधित करते हुए आगे कहा, कि सेवा करते वक्त अपने पर भरोसा रखें। दूसरे आपके काम को कितनी प्रतिष्ठा देते हैं इसकी चिन्ता न करते हुए अपनी प्रसन्नता के लिए सेवा कार्य करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रतिष्ठा बाहर से मिलती है और प्रसन्नता अन्दर से मिलती है। यदि आपने किसी की सेवा की तो उसकी प्रसन्नता का आभास स्वयं अन्दर से होता है जबकि दूसरे क्या कहते हैं इसका विचार नही करना चाहिए।
उन्हौंने कहा, कि कार्यकर्ता के नाते सेवा करते हुए किसी से गलती हो जाए तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी स्वयं लें। अपनी निष्ठा पर भरोसा रखो, दूसरे का आकलन हम नही कर सकते। हमें अपना आकलन स्वयं करना चाहिए।
साध्वी दीदी मॉं ने आगे कहा कि हमें ऐसे लोगों की सेवा करनी चाहिए जहॉं सेवा की आवश्यकता है। अभाव के कारण अपनी संस्कृति और अपनी सभ्यता से जो लोग दूर जा रहे है, वहॉं सेवा के द्वारा हम कार्य करेगें तो हमारा उन पर भरोसा बढेगा। दीया वहॉ जलायें जहॉं अधेरा है, तभी मॉं भारती के चेहरे पर मुस्कान आयेगी।

कड़म्बूर गाँव में जो चेन्नई के पास है एक शिवालय है| वह ५०० साल पुराना मंदिर है| उस में हाल ही में एक शिलालेख देखा गया जो कई विशेष तथ्यों से भरपूर है| उनमें से एक ऐसा है: "जिस व्यक्ती हिन्दू धर्म को अहितं (हानी) पहूँचाता है उस के ऊपर गंगा किनारे गौ को मारने से आनेवाला पाप पड़ता है|" मंदिर विजय नगर साम्राज्य कालीन बताया जाता है|

नई दिल्ली :vsk- राष्ट्र को सुदृढ मातृत्व का आधार देने के लिए तथा सेविकाओं के सर्वांगींण विकास के लिए राष्ट्र सेविका समिति का प्रशिक्षण वर्ग सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर हरिनगर, नई दिल्ली में 15 दिनों तक चलने के बाद ३ जून को इसका समापन समारोह संपन्न हुआ। इसका उद्देश्य राष्ट्र की आधार शक्ति नारी को चेतना युक्त व संगठित रूप के लिए खड़ा करना तथा उन्हें प्रभावी संस्कारयुक्त बनाकर उनके माध्यम से महिलाओं में आत्मविश्वास व राष्ट्रभक्ति की भावना का निर्माण कर समाज व राष्ट्र को शक्तिशाली बनाना रहा।
कार्यक्रम की मुख्य अध्यक्षा के नाते समाज सेविका तथा 'पिंग मैगजीन' की संपादिका नीलम प्रताप सिंह रूड़ी जी उपस्थित थी| राष्ट्र सेविका समिति की प्रमुख कार्यवाहिका माननीय शांताक्का जी, मुख्य वक्ता के नाते अखिल भारतीय सहकार्यवाहिका माननीय अलका ताई इनामदार जी, शाहदरा विभाग की संरक्षिका श्रीमती महेशलता बाली जी, दिल्ली की सहकार्यवाहिका श्रीमती सुनीता भाटिया जी तथा श्रीमती राधा मेहता जी मंच पर उपस्थित थी।
श्रीमती महेशलता बाली जी ने अपने उदबोधन में कहा की- 19 मई सायं से शुरु हुए इस कार्यक्रम में शिक्षार्थियों की संख्या 136 और सेविकाएं, शिक्षिकाएं और प्रबन्धिकाएं इस वर्ग में रहीं। भारत की पुत्रियों के सामने सतीत्व का आदर्श रखकर उन्हें संगठित शक्ति के रूप मे खड़ा करना, उन्हें संस्कार देना, उनमें राष्ट्रभक्ति की भावना का निर्माण करना ही इस वर्ग का उद्देश्य है। इनमें आत्मबल जागृत करके शारीरिक रूप से विकास करना जो सेविकाओं ने आपके सामने दिखाया है। सेविकाओं ने समाज की छोटी-छोटी ज्वलंत समस्याओं के ऊपर जो नाटिकाएं हैं उन्हें करके दिखाया है। जिनमें बौद्धिक, आत्मरक्षा के कार्यक्रम रहते हैं। जैसे भारत का गौरवशाली इतिहास, समाज की सुदृढता का आधार परिवार, पर्यावरण सरंक्षण, भारतीय वैज्ञानिक पद्धति।
राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के अखिल भारतीय कार्यकारिणी के सदस्य माननीय इन्द्रेश जी का मार्गदर्शन भी इन्हें प्राप्त हुआ। प्रतिदिन चर्चा की जाती थी जिसमें सभी सेविकाएं भाग लेती थीं। जिनके मुख्य विषय स्त्री सौन्दर्य की सुध। दुर्बल स्त्री समर्थ परिवार तथा राष्ट्र का निर्माण नहीं कर सकती। परिवार का हर व्यक्ति अच्छा नागरिक बने, राष्ट्रप्रेमी बने इसकी जिम्मेदारी स्त्री की है।
कार्यक्रम की मुख्य वक्ता माननीय अलका ताई जी ने वर्ग समापन समारोह में बोलते हुए कहा, पिछले 15 दिन से लगातार व्रतस्थ जीवन में हम प्रशिक्षण पर रहे थे। घर में जो बच्चियां सूर्योदय से पूर्व कभी उठी ही नहीं थीं उन्होंने ब्रह्ममुहूर्त का अनुभव लिया है। घर में जिन बच्चियों को मां ने बड़े लाड-प्यार से कभी किसी काम को हाथ लगाने भी नहीं दिया होगा ऐसी बच्चियां अपना सब काम स्वयं कर रहीं थीं। अपना काम करना ही नहीं अपितु दूसरों को मदद करने की भी शिक्षा और एक सहजीवन का एक प्रशिक्षण वह यहां पा रहीं थी। सुबह दो घंटे, शाम दो घंटे शारीरिक व्यायाम का भी प्रशिक्षण होता था। दो घंटे शारीरिक व्यायाम करने के बाद फिद डेढ़ घंटे बौद्धिक अवधि के लिए बैठा जाता था। सेविकाओं ने यह भी बताया कि दो-चार दिन के बाद इस परिश्रम की हमें आदत हो गई, बौद्धिक के विषय में हमें हमारी रुचि क्या है, यह हमें मालूम होने लगा। अनेक विषय जो हमने अपने शिक्षा क्रम में कभी सुने ही नहीं थे, ऐसे विषय यहां हमें सुनने को मिले।
माननीय अलका ताई जी ने बताया कि यह वर्ग का समापन तो हैं परन्तु अपने कार्य का तो यह आरम्भ है। प्रशिक्षण वर्ग ही राष्ट्र सेविका समिति का कार्यक्रम नहीं होता। यह तो एक नैमित्तिक और अभी का प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए दिया गया एक अवसर होता है। राष्ट्र सेविका समिति का कार्य तो शाखा में बढ़ता है। हम कहते हैं कि हर व्यक्ति का जो व्यक्तित्व विकास होना है, उसका जो चरित्र निर्माण होना है, उसके लिए एक पवित्र स्थान है, एक कार्यशाला है ‘‘शाखा’’ और इस शाखा में मिट्टी के साथ खेलते-खेलते जो संस्कार मिलते हैं, साथ-साथ में गीत गाते-गाते जो संस्कार मिलते हैं उन्हीं संस्कारों से समाज के प्रति हृदय में स्पंदन उत्पन्न होता है। समाज का अवलोकन करने की हमें एक आदत हो जाती है कि आज समाज की आवश्यकता क्या है और समाज के लिए मैं क्या कर सकती हूँ इस विचारधारा को अपने मन में संजोए आज हम यहां से जाने वाले हैं।
तो सच में आज समाज की आवश्यकता क्या है। एक तरफ हम देखें तो समाज में आज आर्थिक सुलभता दिखाई देती है। यूरोप की भांति यहां भी एक-एक घर में चार-चार कारें दिखाई देती हैं। आज 30-35 साल के युवक भी दो तीन लाख वेतन पाते हैं उनकी शादी होती है तो वहां बहु भी नौकरी करने वाली आती है उसकी आय भी हर महीने एक डेढ़ लाख होती है। तो हम ऐसी क्यों चिन्ता करें कि हमारे देश की स्थिति बिगड़ी हुई है क्या, हमें कुछ करने की आवश्कता है क्या, राष्ट्र सेवा आवश्यक है क्या| हमारे राष्ट्र में सम्पति भरपूर है, ऐसा हमें लगे तो उसमें दोष हमारा नहीं है दोष हमारी दृष्टि का है। क्योंकि हमने सूक्ष्म दृष्टि से समाज का अवलोकन नहीं किया है। हां, आज जरूर हर नगर, महानगर, कोसमोपालिटिन सिटी ऐसी हो गई हैं जहां लाखों कमाने वाले लोग रहते हैं। जिनके मां बाप सालों तक अपने बेटे बेटियों, पोते पोतियों की राह देखते रहते हैं कि वे कब घर आएंगे। गावों में माइग्रेशन हो गया है वहां कोई खेती करना चाहता ही नहीं। इसका परिणाम सामने है कि आज चावल का दाम क्या है, सब्जी का दाम क्या है दूध का दाम क्या है। पैट्रोल के दाम क्या हैं यह सब हम देखते हैं तो पाते हैं कि एक असंतुलन सा देश में आज पैदा हो रहा है। देश में जीडीपी का कैलकुलेशन करना ठीक नहीं है, हमारे समाज के लिए यह बिल्कुल उपयुक्त नहीं है। आज महिलाएं बाहर जाकर अर्थार्जन करती हैं अच्छी बात है अगर आवश्कता है, लेकिन वास्तव में आवश्यकता है क्या इसको सोचना चाहिए। आज पश्चिमी देशों में बच्चों में अपने परिवार के बारे में असुरक्षा के भाव उत्पन्न हो रहे हैं क्योंकि उन्हें मालूम नहीं कि उनके माता पिता कब तक साथ रहेंगे। भारत की संयुक्त परिवार व्यवस्था की वहां तारीफ होती है कि उनके यहां भी ऐसी व्यवस्था रही होती। अत: हमें महानगरों में रहते हुए अपनी संयुक्त परिवार प्रणाली को नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए| नहीं तो यहां भी परिवार विघटन की समस्याएं बढ़ेंगी। अत: आज आवश्यकता इस बात की है किस प्रकार हम देश में पैदा हुए इस आर्थिक असंतुलन को दूर करें तथा नारी शक्ति को ऐसे कार्यक्रमों द्वारा सशक्त बनाया जाए जिससे वे अपने परिवार तथा समाज को एकजुट रख सकें।
दिल्ली प्रान्त की प्रचारिका पूनम जी का सानिध्य भी बालिकाओं को इस वर्ग में प्राप्त हुआ। वर्ग के समापन समारोह का मंच संचालन श्रीमती सरिता मेहरा ने किया। वर्ग समापन कार्यक्रम में प्रक्षिणार्थी सेविकाओं के अभिभावकों के साथ नगर के गण्यमान व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।

भुवनेश्वर :(vsk) राज्य जनजाति संग्रहालय में आदिवासी कला और कला सामग्री पर एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया है। इस कार्यशाला का प्रमुख उद्देश्य विभिन्न आदिवासी संप्रदाय के मध्य भावों का आदान प्रदान को मजबूत बनाने के साथ उनके विकास पर ध्यान देना है। शुक्रवार को दर्शकों के लिए संग्रहालय परिसर में टच स्क्रीन का उद्घाटन किया गया था। टच स्क्रीन के जरिए संग्रहालय घूमने आने वाले दर्शकों को प्रदेश के विभिन्न आदिवासी गुट के रहन-सहन, चाल-चलन की जानकारी स्क्रीन टच करते ही मिल जाएगी। इसके अलावा संग्रहालय को नया रुप दिया गया है। पर्यटकों के लिए आदिवासी गुटों के विविधता पूर्ण समाज शैली की विस्तृत जानकारी के लिए प्रयास किया गया है। अनुसूचित जाति व जनजाति विकास विभाग के निदेशक एसके पुपुली इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थे।

सीमावर्ती बिसरा प्रखंड में भारत बंद अभूतपूर्व सफल रहा। गठबंधन टूटने के तीन साल बाद भाजपा और बीजद के कार्यकर्ता एक साथ बंद कराने के लिए निकले। शहर में दुकान बाजार बंद रहे तथा सरकारी व गैर सरकारी कार्यालयों में कामकाज ठप रहा।
भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए द्वारा आहूत भारत बंद को सफल बनाने के लिए पूर्व विधायक शंकर उरांव की अगुवाई में भाजपा के दर्जनों कार्यकर्ता झंडा लेकर दुकान बाजार बंद कराने निकले। यहां बीजद नेता व ब्लाक चेयरमैन सुरेश उरांव व सुशील हलवाई की अगुवाई में बंद कराने के लिए विभिन्न स्थानों में गये। राज्य में भाजपा व बीजद का गठबंधन टूटने के तीन साल बाद एक बार फिर दोनों ही पार्टियों के नेताओं व कार्यकर्ताओं को एक साथ बंद कराने के लिए निकलते देखा गया। महंगाई से तंग आ चुकी जनता का भी इस बंद को पूरा समर्थन मिला। बिसरा में पहली बार इस तरह का बंद देखा गया एवं सुबह से ही बाजार बंद रहा। बंडामुंडा में बीजद नेता बसंत जेना, अजय पांडे,शिव मिश्र, रमाकांत परीडा, संजीत राउतराय, गोविंद राव की अगुवाई में बंद कराया गया। महीने के अंतिम गुरुवार को सेक्टर-सी मार्केट एवं डीजल कालोनी मार्केट बंद रहता है। भारत बंद के कारण अन्य मार्केट के दुकानदारों ने भी अपनी अपनी दुकानें बंद रखी जिस कारण शहर में बंद पूरी तरह से सफल रहा।

After 60 years of experience with governance in India more and more people feel that it is not working. This system of governance is not delivering.
What is after all the ultimate objective of governance? It is the Yogakshema – security and welfare of the people. Acharya Chanakya, in his seminal treatise Artha Shastra, delineated two principle functions of the government and administration: one is Vitta Shastra – the science of managing wealth; and the second is Danda Neeti – the security policy. The government and administration should strive to secure for its people ample wellbeing and security from internal and external threats.
After 60 years of Independence where do people of India stand today? We are one of the poorest nations in the world with over 612 million people – that is a staggering 50% of our population – suffering from multidimensional poverty. India stands at 161st position in terms of per capita GDP of the countries of the world. Our per capita GDP is $ 3500. We are behind even war-torn countries like Iraq, whose per capita GDP stands at $ 3800. Qatar has the highest GDP per capita of $ 160,000. USA, in its worst financial condition last year, registered a GDP of around $ 48,000. China has more than double the GDP than ours at $ 7500.
It is not just the question of GDP alone, because the GDP can sometimes be misleading. If we look at the actual figures the picture is much more horrifying. The World Bank has set $ 1.25 – roughly INR 70 – per day as the International Poverty Line. A whopping 42.5% population of India lives below this poverty benchmark. Remember, 42.5% in India means around 500 million people.
Our own Government has set a much lower benchmark for poverty. According to Montek Singh Ahluwalia led Planning Commission of India earning INR 20 in urban areas and INR 11 in rural areas can catapult you above the poverty line. The Supreme Court of India had frowned at the utterly low benchmark and demanded from the government an explanation as to how can one subsist on such horrendously low income figures.
But the real story is something else. Even this low benchmark for BPL (Below Poverty Line) couldn’t produce encouraging results. The Planning Commission claims that the poverty levels have come down from 37.5% to 32%. That means even after taking such low figures our poor population who can’t earn even INR 20 a day are around 400 million.
Yet we register an impressive growth rate of around 9% annually. Last year the Forbes magazine announced that India has 55 billionaires. Three of them – Lakshmi Mittal of the Ispat Group, Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries and Azim Premji of Wipro – are among the top 50 of the world. It points to the growing disparity between the rich and poor in the country. Several top executives in our country earn INR 6 million in a year. That puts their daily income at around INR 15000. And 400 million Indians subsist on just INR 20 a day. The difference is 750 times.
In Mahabharata the king was advised that Dharma – Rule of Law – cannot be sustained in the face of not only the penury of the people but also over-affluence.

Samaje swatmarupeshu dharmachakra pravartanam’
- The Dharma Chakra – Rule of Law – will prevail only when there is neither shortage nor excess of Artha – the prosperity and Kama – the desires in a society
Whose failure is this? Certainly the system that we have created has not produced the desired results. Two most important wings of the Government – the Executive and the Legislature – have to shoulder this responsibility. A serious rethinking is needed in order to ensure that equitable distribution of wealth is possible. Bold and path-breaking reforms need to be envisioned.
But the problem is that those who have the power to reform the system have developed a vested interest in the existing model. They will find ways to protect their vested interest even while attempting to tinker with the system here and there. That is why neither the Socialism of the first 30 years had helped us nor the liberalization of the last 30 years.
Woodrow Wilson – former President of America – was the first senior leader to talk seriously about administrative reforms. His seminal work on the theme had led to development of a complete discipline of ‘Public Administration’. He insisted upon separating politics and administration. He advocated for a dichotomy of politics and administration. But is that really an answer today?
The politicians will argue that without their control the administration will simply go berserk. Moreover a politician can be removed in five years if he doesn’t deliver whereas an administrator cannot be. But then the administrator argues that it is too much of political intervention that is preventing proper delivery by the administration. Latest case in point is the Supreme Court mandated Police Act. The new Acts drafted by several states witnessed huge tussle between the political class and the police over the control of the police administration. While the political class wants control over police administration for obvious reasons the police administration wants to get rid of not only the political control but also the control of civilian bureaucracy. It showcased how entrenched the vested interests are when it comes to reforming the system.
But one thing appears to be certain. The role of political involvement in a society should shrink. It was Chanakya who explicitly stated that the best government is one which governs the least. In our times renowned management guru Peter Drucker emphasized this aspect in his writings. “The government can’t do everything” he insisted. He called upon the governments of the world to understand what they can do and give up on what they can’t do.
What we need today is less of government. Karl Marx looked at the administration and bureaucracy as instruments of exploitation in the hands of the ruling class. That may be a bit far fetched but the fact remains that concentration of powers in the hands of a few in Delhi and in various state capitals leads to severe anomalies. We are experiencing them day in and day out. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia described Civil Services bureaucracy as the cancer of our polity. What Marx and Lohia said about the bureaucracy should be taken in a context. We need to decentralize the powers of authority. Let there be decentralization of powers to various rungs.
The success of the western democracies lies in their decentralized power structure. As Lohia said, the answer to non-functioning democracy is not corporatization but more democracy. Delegation of more powers to lower rungs of governance is an important reform that needs to be given a try.
In mid-80s we introduced the Panchayat Raj reforms. But it remained only a half-hearted measure, more of political expediency than real reform. Under Panchayat Raj reforms the Union Government sought to bypass State Governments – most of which in 80s and 90s had been opposition-ruled ones – to provide funds directly to Village Panchayats. What is needed is not funds alone, but delegation of powers. In western democracies a County or a City Municipality enjoys enormous freedom and authority. But in our system a village has no say even in decisions like whether the said village should have a liquor shop or not. Everything is decided at a State capital or the national capital.
This is another way to reduce corruption and red tape too. The more the decentralization is the less the scope for corruption would be. Delivery also would improve because of the limitations of jurisdiction and local factors like acquaintance etc.
It calls for reorientation of our training mechanism also. A bottom-up training model should be developed where the functionaries of a Village Panchayat also get training similar to the administrators of a state or central bureaucracy.
The bottomline should be a small government. In the last few years governments in India have adapted some innovative methods. There is a marked increase in PPP – Public Private Partnership projects. Several infrastructure projects have now been handed over to private operators under PPP scheme. In one state the officials claimed that while the government-owned infrastructure corporation has projects worth 2000 crores under its belt the projects under PPP scheme like highways, expressways and flyways etc are worth 28000 crores.
No doubt private participation brings in efficiency and speed. But certain pitfalls have to be kept in mind while granting such projects to private parties. The same state government is contemplating handing over PHCs – Primary Health Centers – that provide for basic health needs of the people in rural areas, to private companies under PPP scheme. In some states key public services like water supply are being handed over to private – sometimes foreign companies.
This move ought to be pondered over. Providing basic public services like health, water supply etc is the primary responsibility of the government. It collects taxes from the public in order to deliver these services. Key factor in these services is that they should be treated as services in true sense. However if a private party is handed over this crucial area it wouldn’t look at it as a non-profit service. For that matter no private company would do work as a charity. Commodification of basic human needs like water is fraught with serious consequences.
Hence a new PPP model should also be thought of. That is Public Public Participation. The government can hand over certain functions to the people themselves. A shining example is the construction of over 140,000 check dams in Gujarat wherein the government got direct participation of the people of all the beneficiary villages. The dams could be completed with great efficiency in record time and with less input costs.
The bureaucracy needs to be encouraged towards such new methods by which neither corporatization nor privatization but public participation in the administration is promoted. Sadly here again no vested interest can be served if public replaces private. Hence rather than encouraging and rewarding officials who attempt such innovative methods we come across cases where the officials have been punished for the same.
All this boils down to one critical issue – the sensitivity in the administration. Swami Vivekananda had exhorted the reformers to have intense feeling for the subjects of their reform. “Feel from the depth of your heart”, he proclaimed, “Do you feel? Do you feel that millions are starving today and millions have been starving for ages? Do you feel…. That ignorance has come upon this holy land like a dark cloud? Does it make you restless? Does it make you sleepless? Has it entered your blood, coursing through your veins become almost consonant with your heartbeat? Have you become almost mad with that one idea of the misery of your people and forgotten about your name, fame and everything else?”
Today our administration lacks that ‘feeling’. It has become utterly insensitive to the trials and tribulations of ordinary citizens.
Chanakya proclaimed in Artha Shastra that the happiness of the king lies in the happiness of his subjects. But what we see today is just the opposite. Our governance is happy and nonchalant while tens of millions suffer in misery and deprivation.
Sushasan – Good Governance – is possible only when we have Sushasak – Good Administrators. We must strive to create them in large numbers.

Engineers, doctors among those attending Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh camp
Engineers, doctors among those attending Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh camp
NAGPUR:vsk- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh headquartered in the city is often viewed with suspicion and labelled as a communal organization. But among those attending the annual camp for the third-year training course currently underway at Reshimbagh grounds are doctors, engineers, lawyers, teachers and students from every nook and corner of the country.
The camp inaugurated on May 14 will conclude on June 11. For the first time, after an age bar of 40 was fixed for participants, the number of trainees has crossed 1,000 mark, according to Jayantibhai Bhedasia and Jaswant Khatri who are conducting the camp this year. The total number of participants this time is 1013. They include 5 qualified doctors, 12 engineers, 10 lawyers, 192 teachers, 224 employees, 119 self-employed, 90 farmers, 7 journalists, one chartered accountant and 213 students. From Jammu and Kashmir, north-eastern states, south India virtually every part of India is represented at the camp.
Khatri told reporters that the camp activities start at 4am and end at 10pm when the trainees retire for the day. The trainees and committed Sangh activists have paid a fixed camp fee and bear their own expenses to attend it. Besides physical fitness exercises, they are imparted ideological and social work training. Former RSS chief Sudarshan and general secretary Bhaiyyaji Joshi have already addressed the trainees. A visit to the house where Sangh founder Dr Keshav Hedgewar lived and the Mohitewada shakha at Mahal, the first unit of the RSS, are part of the camp activity.
The valedictory function on June 11 evening will be marked by special address by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat . Director of 'Punjab Kesri' Ashwin Kumar will be the chief guest.

मजहबी आरक्षण के खतरे
आंध्र के उच्च न्यायालय ने कमाल कर दिया। जाति के आधार पर दिए जा रहे आरक्षण से देश पहले ही बिखर रहा है, अब मजहब के आधार पर भी आरक्षण दिया जाने लगा था। इसी साल पांच राज्यों में चुनाव जीतने की बड़ी चुनौती कांग्रेस के सामने थी। उसने सोचा यदि उसे मुसलमानों के थोकबंद वोट हथियाने हैं तो वह उनके सामने आरक्षण की गाजर लटका दे।
उत्तरप्रदेश में इस हथकंडे के सफल होने की आशा सबसे ज्यादा थी। दिसंबर 2011 में केंद्र सरकार ने घोषणा कर दी कि शिक्षा और सरकारी नौकरियों में मुसलमानों को भी 4.5 प्रतिशत आरक्षण दिया जाएगा। लेकिन मुसलमान जरा भी नहीं फिसले। उन्होंने चुनावों में कांग्रेस को सबक सिखा दिया। अब आंध्र के उच्च न्यायालय ने दोहरी मार लगा दी। सांप्रदायिक आरक्षण को राजनीति और कानून दोनों ने रद्द कर दिया।
अदालत ने सरकार के इस आदेश को चलताऊ बताया है। उसका कहना है कि सरकारी वकील यह नहीं बता सके कि ‘अल्पसंख्यक’ का अर्थ क्या है? क्या ईसाई, बौद्ध, सिख, जैन, यहूदी और पारसी भी अल्पसंख्यक नहीं हैं? यदि अल्पसंख्या का आधार धर्म या मजहब ही है तो मुसलमानों के मुकाबले ये अन्य धर्मावलंबी तो कहीं ज्यादा बड़े अल्पसंख्यक हैं, क्योंकि इनकी संख्या तो बहुत कम है।
हालांकि अदालत ने यह तर्क नहीं दिया है, लेकिन तर्क तो यह भी बनता है कि यदि आरक्षण का आधार अल्पसंख्या है तो जो अत्यल्पसंख्यक हैं, उन्हें भी आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए और ज्यादा मिलना चाहिए। पहले मिलना चाहिए।
सरकारी आदेश में इसके बारे में कोई संकेत नहीं है यानी अदालत की नजर में यह आदेश जारी करते समय सरकार ने लापरवाही बरती है। अदालत की यह आलोचना जरा नरम है। उसे कहना चाहिए था कि सरकार ने लापरवाही नहीं बरती, बल्कि बड़ी चतुराई से थोकबंद वोट खींचने की साजिश की थी।
वास्तव में हमारी अदालतों को चाहिए कि वे ‘अल्पसंख्यक’ शब्द पर ही गंभीर बहस चलाएं। राजनीति में ‘अल्पसंख्यक’ कौन है? वही है, जो खुद हार जाए या जिसका उम्मीदवार हार जाए। हर चुनाव में मतदाताओं का एक हिस्सा बहुसंख्यक सिद्ध होता है और दूसरा अल्पसंख्यक! बहुसंख्या और अल्पसंख्या बदलती रहती है।
लोकतंत्र में कोई भी स्थायी रूप से अल्पसंख्यक और बहुसंख्यक नहीं हो सकता। भाषा, धर्म, जाति, रंग-रूप में जरूर स्थायी अल्पसंख्यक-बहुसंख्यक हो सकते हैं, लेकिन उनके नाम पर चलने वाली राजनीति क्या शुद्ध राजनीति होती है? वह भ्रष्ट राजनीति होती है। मुसलमानों के लिए 4.5 प्रतिशत आरक्षण का मकसद भला क्या था? यदि सरकार का तर्क यह है कि उसने मुसलमानों को नहीं, बल्कि मुसलमानों में जो पिछड़े हैं, सिर्फ उन्हें आरक्षण दिया है तो यह तर्क भी बड़ा लचर है। इसके विरुद्ध कई तर्क खड़े हो जाते हैं।
सबसे पहला तर्क तो यह है कि आप कैसे तय करेंगे कि मुसलमानों में पिछड़ा कौन है? यह सिर्फ जातियों के आधार पर ही तय करेंगे यानी आप कानूनी तौर पर यह मानेंगे कि इस्लाम में जातियां होती हैं। यह इस्लाम के सिद्धांतों के विरुद्ध होगा, क्योंकि इस्लाम तो इंसानी बराबरी का धर्म है। इस्लाम पर जातिवाद क्यों थोपा जा रहा है? दूसरा, मुसलमानों में जिन जातियों को आप पिछड़ा मान लेंगे, वे फायदे में रहेंगी और जिन्हें पिछड़ा नहीं मानेंगे, वे नुकसान में रहेंगी। आप धार्मिक आरक्षण के नाम पर अपना उल्लू तो सीधा कर लेंगे, लेकिन मुसलमानों को आपस में लड़वा देंगे।
तीसरा, यदि आप गरीबी के आधार पर पिछड़ापन तय करते हैं तो फिर गरीबों में भी फर्क क्यों डालते हैं? एक गरीब और दूसरे गरीब में फर्क क्या है? क्या गरीब लोग सिर्फ हिंदुओं और मुसलमानों में ही हैं, दूसरे मजहबों में नहीं हैं? सिर्फ मजहबों की ही बात नहीं है। यह बात जाति पर भी लागू होती है। कोई किसी भी जाति का हो, यदि वह गरीब है तो उसे आरक्षण क्यों नहीं मिलना चाहिए? किसी भी जाति या मजहब के अमीर व शक्तिशाली व्यक्ति को आरक्षण देना सामाजिक न्याय नहीं, सामाजिक अन्याय है।
चौथा, अनेक मुस्लिम संगठनों ने मांग की थी कि आरक्षण देना है तो सभी मुसलमानों को दें ताकि आरक्षित पदों को भरने वाले उपयुक्त लोग तो मिल सकें, क्योंकि आरक्षितों में उन पदों पर पहुंचने की इच्छा, जरूरत और न्यूनतम योग्यता भी तो होनी चाहिए। पांचवां, यह आरक्षण मुसलमानों को स्वतंत्र रूप से नहीं दिया गया था।
यह पिछड़ों के 27 प्रतिशत के कोटे में से काटकर दिया गया था। यानी गांव-गांव में रहने वाले हिंदू पिछड़ों और मुस्लिम पिछड़ों में तलवारें खिंचतीं, उनमें वैमनस्य फैलता। इसका एक नतीजा यह भी हुआ कि कांग्रेस ने हिंदुओं और मुसलमानों दोनों के वोट खोए। आंध्र की अदालत ने दो-टूक फैसला देकर भारत के सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव को सबल बनाया है। छठा, अदालत ने इस सरकारी आदेश को असंवैधानिक करार दिया है, क्योंकि इसका आधार मजहब था। यह कानूनी दृष्टि है, लेकिन राजनीतिक दृष्टि से देखें तो मजहबी आरक्षण आगे जाकर पता नहीं कितने और कैसे-कैसे ‘नए पाकिस्तानों’ को खड़ा कर देगा, क्योंकि हमारे यहां तो संप्रदायों के अंदर भी अनेक उप-संप्रदाय होते हैं।
इस फैसले के विरुद्ध उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील करने के बजाय भारत सरकार को चाहिए कि वह मजहब के अलावा जाति के आधार पर दिए जाने वाले आरक्षण पर भी पुनर्विचार करे और यह भी सोचे कि आरक्षण सिर्फ शिक्षा में दिया जाए और नौकरी में बिल्कुल भी नहीं। यदि आरक्षण सिर्फ शिक्षा में दिया जाए तो देश के 80 करोड़ गरीबों की जिंदगी में नया उजाला पैदा हो जाएगा।

हालांकि भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा बुलाए गए बंद के कारण पहले से ही बस, आटो आदि सड़क पर नहींदिखाई दिये। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ में की गई बेतहासा वृद्धि के कारण इस बंद को राजनीतिक दलों के अलावा आम लोगों का भी समर्थन मिला है। राजधानी भुवनेश्वर समेत, कटक, पुरी, खुर्दा, बरहमपुर, अनुगुल आदि शहरों में बंद पूरी तरह से असरदार रहा है। बंद के दौरान कहीं से किसी प्रकार की हिंसा की घटना नहींहुई है। प्रशासन ने राजधानी भुवनेश्वर में प्रदर्शन कर रहे हजारों प्रदर्शनकारियों को गिरफ्तार कर बाद में छोड़ दिया। बीजद नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया है कि वर्ष 2004 से कांग्रेस नेतृत्व में चल रही केंद्र सरकार आवश्यक सामानों के दामों में लगातार बढ़ोत्तरी जारी रखी है। नेताओं ने कहा कि उपभोक्ता सामानों का व्यापार कर रहे मुनाफाखोर व्यवसायियों के हित के लिए केंद्र की सरकार ने देश के 90 प्रतिशत लोगों को घोर समस्या में डाल रही है। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ पर नियंत्रण लगाने के बजाय इस सरकार ने 26 जून 2010 से 23 मई 2012 तक पेट्रोल की दर 28.01 रुपया बढ़ा चुकी है। बीजद नेताओं ने कहा कि आम लोगों के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस बढ़े हुए दर का गैर कांग्रेसी दलों द्वारा एक साथ विरोध किए जाने के बावजूद विभागीय मंत्री एस.जयपाल रेड्डी द्वारा कहा जाना कि बढ़ी हुई दर वापस नहींली जाएगी, दुर्भाग्यजनक है

हालांकि भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा बुलाए गए बंद के कारण पहले से ही बस, आटो आदि सड़क पर नहींदिखाई दिये। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ में की गई बेतहासा वृद्धि के कारण इस बंद को राजनीतिक दलों के अलावा आम लोगों का भी समर्थन मिला है। राजधानी भुवनेश्वर समेत, कटक, पुरी, खुर्दा, बरहमपुर, अनुगुल आदि शहरों में बंद पूरी तरह से असरदार रहा है। बंद के दौरान कहीं से किसी प्रकार की हिंसा की घटना नहींहुई है। प्रशासन ने राजधानी भुवनेश्वर में प्रदर्शन कर रहे हजारों प्रदर्शनकारियों को गिरफ्तार कर बाद में छोड़ दिया। बीजद नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया है कि वर्ष 2004 से कांग्रेस नेतृत्व में चल रही केंद्र सरकार आवश्यक सामानों के दामों में लगातार बढ़ोत्तरी जारी रखी है। नेताओं ने कहा कि उपभोक्ता सामानों का व्यापार कर रहे मुनाफाखोर व्यवसायियों के हित के लिए केंद्र की सरकार ने देश के 90 प्रतिशत लोगों को घोर समस्या में डाल रही है। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ पर नियंत्रण लगाने के बजाय इस सरकार ने 26 जून 2010 से 23 मई 2012 तक पेट्रोल की दर 28.01 रुपया बढ़ा चुकी है। बीजद नेताओं ने कहा कि आम लोगों के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस बढ़े हुए दर का गैर कांग्रेसी दलों द्वारा एक साथ विरोध किए जाने के बावजूद विभागीय मंत्री एस.जयपाल रेड्डी द्वारा कहा जाना कि बढ़ी हुई दर वापस नहींली जाएगी, दुर्भाग्यजनक है

बंद को सफल बनाने भाजपा की जिला इकाई ने पूरी ताकत झोंक दी

पेट्रोलियम पदार्थो की दर वृद्धि एवं बढ़ती महंगाई को लेकर भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन द्वारा आहूत बंद को सफल बनाने भाजपा की जिला इकाई ने पूरी ताकत झोंक दी है। इसके लिए जगह जगह नुक्कड़ सभा एवं प्रचार पत्र बांटे गये। दूसरी ओर बंद के दौरान कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किये गये हैं।
भाजपा की ओर से आरोप लगाया गया है कि केन्द्र सरकार की गलत आर्थिक नीति एवं अदूरदर्शिता के कारण देशवासियों को कई तरह की असुविधा हो रही है। बेतहाशा बढ़ती महंगाई को रोकने में सरकार पूरी तरह से विफल है। इसके विरोध में एनडीए की ओर से आहूत बंद को सफल बनाने के लिए राउरकेला में भाजपा की ओर से बिसरा चौक से लेकर मेन रोड में उदितनगर तक जगह-जगह नुक्कड़ सभा की गई। इसमें भाजपा कर्मियों ने लोगों को केन्द्र सरकार के खिलाफ एकजुट होने का आह्वान किया। इसमें जिला भाजपा अध्यक्ष धिरेन सेनापति, राजेन्द्र साहू, शंकर उरांव, दुर्गा तांती, अक्षय दास, रंजीत नायक, इरशाद खान, सुव्रत पटनायक, सुशांत महापात्र, संजीव राउत समेत अन्य भाजपा नेताओं ने केन्द्र सरकार के खिलाफ अपने विचार रखे एवं 31 मई को दुकान बाजार बंद रखकर बंद को पूरी तरह से सफल बनाने का आह्वान किया गया।

NAGPUR: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh joint general secretary Dattatray Hosbale on Tuesday said that the organization had old ties with anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare and would continue to support his movement. The remark comes in the wake of Anna's recent statements disowning any links with the RSS and having known its functionaries.
Hosbale, seen by many as the man being groomed as the next RSS chief, was categorical when he said, "We have no issues with Anna distancing from the RSS and it is for the people to interpret it. But it is a fact that when HV Sheshadri was general secretary of the RSS (in the mid 80s), Anna had addressed a summer camp of RSS third year trainees on rural development. Later, the RSS also held a special camp at Ralegan Siddhi, Anna's hometown," he said.
He was addressing reporters on the sidelines of the RSS annual camp for trainees which got underway at the Reshimbagh grounds here. A 1013 activists from all over the country are participating in it. Known for being very choosy in interacting with media, Hosbale was more than willing to speak on topics like Anna Hazare, controversial Sanjay Joshi's resignation from the BJP post and the changing of rules to grant a second consecutive term to the BJP president which should enable Nitin Gadkari continue at the helm.
Asked about the reported displeasure among some senior BJP leaders over the decision to amend rules, Hosbale said, "Differences and varied voices are a sign of democracy. If there is no such dissent in a party it would be akin to dictatorship." The remark made it clear that the RSS was firmly behind Gadkari. "How the leaders deal with this decision is a test for them," he added.
On Joshi's resignation from the BJP national executive as a condition imposed by Narendra Modi to attend the conclave which concluded in Mumbai last week, Hosbale said it was an internal matter for the BJP and Gadkari was free to take a call on it. "If Joshi wants to return to RSS work, we could welcome him," said Hosbale.

The state which is already suffering from forcible conversions, love jihad, violence, increased teenage crimes, murders, communal violence, corruption, is a shelter and training center for terror activities well. LAND JIHAD is the latest addition to the long and seemingly endless list.

Land Jihad is a kind of systematic attempt by Muslim Land Mafia, to own a land at any price through a purely legal procedure. The land meant for sale will be purchased by Muslim land owners at the market price or a price even higher than that. As a result across Kerala, in the last 10 years, a large portion of lands now has Muslim ownership. Nobody can go to court as nothing is illegal and nothing is hidden.
“This phenomenon was expected as Muslims in Kerala want to widen their base when the Hindu population is declining to a minority,” say intellectuals.
Kerala’s principal religions are Hinduism (56.2%), Islam (24.7%), and Christianity (19.0%). In comparison with the rest of India, Kerala experiences relatively little sectarianism.
The phenomenon of Land Jihad began from Muslim dominant Malappuram district. It has then progressively migrated across Kerala. Kasaragod is the most affected part where largest agricultural lands of areca palms, rice paddy were long ago sold to Muslims by Hindus, with Muslim land dealers offering a huge price than the market value. They purchase land in terms of acres paying crores. “To purchase such fertile land a huge amount of money is flown from Gulf countries,” according to experts.

200 गायों को कसाइयों से बचाया बजरंग दल

बजरंग दल की ब्रजराजनगर शाखा के सदस्यों ने सोमवार की आधी रात को ओडि़शा-छत्तीसगढ़ की सीमा पर कनकठोरा के पास छत्तीसगढ़ के दलालों द्वारा कसाइयों के पास ले जाई जा रही 200 से अधिक गायों को बचाने में सफलता हासिल की।
जानकारी के अनुसार बजरंग दल की स्थानीय शाखा को सोमवार की देर रात में छत्तीसगढ़ की गौ सुरक्षा समिति द्वारा सूचित किया गया कि कुछ दलाल 200 से अधिक गायें छत्तीसगढ़ से कनकतोरा होते हुए सुंदरगढ़ जिले के सर्गीपाली पशु-बाजार ले जा रहे हैं इन गायों को कसाइयों को ब्रिकी जाएगा एवं तदुपरांत इन गायों को कटने के लिए कोलकाता भेजे जाने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। यह खबर पाकर बजरंग दल के सदस्यों के कान खड़े हो गए एवं आधी रात में अंकिम दास के नेतृत्व में बुलू गरुड़, तुषार गरडि़या, सुनील मंदोदरी तथा चूड़ामणि हिरमा इत्यादि सदस्यों ने आनन-फानन में कनकतोरा पहुंच कर सैकड़ों गायों को अपने कब्जे में कर लिया। बजरंग दल के सदस्यों के घेराबंदी देखकर दलाल गायों को छोड़कर वहां से फरार हो गए। बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं ने रात में गायों को झारसुगुड़ा, ब्रजराजनगर तथा संबलपुर स्थित गौशाला में ले जाना संभव न होने पाने के कारण रात को गायों को पास के काली मंदिर के मैदान में रखा गया, ताकि अगले दिन मंगलवार को इन गायों को विभिन्न गौ शालाओं में भेजा जा सके। रात में ही मामले की सूचना कनकतरा पुलिस चौकी को भी दे दी गई थी। इन गायों में से अनेक गाय जंगल में भाग गई थी एवं कुछ गायें उनके मालिक ले गए एवं 38 बची गायों को गोशाला पहुंचाने का काम बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा आज मंगलवार को किया गया।

विश्व प्रसिद्ध रथयात्रा के लिए श्रीक्षेत्र में समन्वय कमेटी की तीसरी बैठक सोमवार को हुई

विश्व प्रसिद्ध रथयात्रा के लिए श्रीक्षेत्र में समन्वय कमेटी की तीसरी बैठक सोमवार को हुई। बैठक में निर्णय के अनुसार सिंहद्वार से गुण्डिचा मंदिर तक स्नानपूर्णिमा से नीलाद्री विजे के मध्य बड़़दांड में मांस बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया गया है। इसके अलावा बड़दांड के पार्श्व में मौजूद असुरक्षित मकानों पर किसी को भी चढ़ने नहीं दिया जाएगा। रथयात्रा के10 दिन पहले उक्त मकानों को सील कर दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को लेकर एक कमेटी बनाई जाएगी। इसका विरोध करने पर उक्त व्यक्ति के खिलाफ फौजदारी मामला दायर किया जाएगा। बैठक में नगर विकास विभाग सम्पूर्ण रूप से विफल होने के सवाल पर नगर विकास मंत्री शारदा नायक ने कहा कि हम समीक्षा कर रहे हैं। पुरी परिमल के लिए एक मास्टर प्लान तैयार किया गया है। मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के समीक्षा से पहले अधिकांश काम पूरा हो जाएगा। रथयात्रा से पहले भक्तों के यातायात के लिए 25 सिटी बस चलाई जाएंगी। कानून मंत्री श्री आरूख ने रथयात्रा को शांति संपन्न कराने के लिए सभी से सहयोग मांगा है। कानून मंत्री विक्रम केशरी आरुख की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में पंचायतीराज मंत्री महेश्वर महान्ति, नगर विकास मंत्री शारदा नायक, परिवहन मंत्री संजीव साहू, केन्द्रांचल राजस्व आयुक्त तथा श्रीमंदिर के मुख्य प्रशासक डा.अरविन्द कुमार पाढ़ी, आइजी अरुण राय, जिलाधिकारी अरविन्द अग्रवाल, श्रीमंदिर के नीति प्रशासक देवी प्रसाद पंडा, नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष शांतिलता प्रधान समेत विभिन्न विभाग के राज्य व जिला स्तर के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

ओड़िशा में पकड़ाया मणिपुर का आतंकवादी
भुवनेश्वर : मणिपुर का आतंकवादी संगठन पिपुल्स लिब्रेशन आर्मी(पीएल) के कैप्टन इम्बो लिम्नो आंसेस उर्फ आंगो को ओड़िशा पुलिस ने नई दिल्ली के नेशनल इंटेलीजेंस एजेंसी (एनआइए) की सहायता से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। एनआइए द्वारा फरार आंगो की गतिविधिओं को मोबाइल के जरिए ट्रेकिंग किया जा रहा था। ओड़िशा के बरहमपुर में होने की सूचना मिलते ही इसे ओड़िशा पुलिस के एक विशेष दस्ते ने धर दबोचा। सोमवार देर रात उसे अपने कब्जे में लेकर पुलिस द्वारा एनआइए टीम को इसकी सूचना दे गई है। मणिपुर में चल रहे जन आंदोलन पीएलए को मणिपुर सरकार द्वारा गैर कानूनी संगठन करार दिया गया है। इसके बारे में ओड़िशा पुलिस को ज्यादा कुछ जानकारी नहीं है।

भारतीय जनता पार्टी भाजपा की स्टील टाउनशिप मंडल की बैठक
राउरकेला : भारतीय जनता पार्टी भाजपा की स्टील टाउनशिप मंडल की एक बैठक मंडलाध्यक्ष अक्षय दाश की अध्यक्षता में हुई। सेक्टर-3 स्थित भाजपा कार्यालय में आयोजित इस बैठक में सेक्टर अंचल में भाजपा के सदस्य संग्रह अभियान पर चर्चा की गई। इस बैठक में प्रत्येक सेक्टर में सौ से भी ज्यादा सदस्य बनाने पर जोर दिए जाने समेत प्रत्येक सेक्टर के लिए सदस्यता प्रभारी के नामों की घोषणा की गई। संगठन सचिव परशुराम विशोई ने संगठन तथा सदस्यता ग्रहण के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। इस अवसर पर आगामी 30 जून के अंदर सदस्यता संग्रह अभियान पूरा करने पर जोर दिया गया। अन्य लोगों में जिलाध्यक्ष धीरेन सेनापति, महासचिव प्रफुल्ल मिश्र, युवा मोर्चा अध्यक्ष सुब्रत पटनायक, वरीय नेता पद्मनाभ कर, शिशिर दास, मन्मथ डे, सुरेंद्रनाथ, राम इकबाल वर्मा, राजेंद्र प्रसाद आदि शामिल थे। युवा मोर्चा के जिला महासचिव प्रलय शतपथी ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन किया।

भुवनेश्वर vsk राष्ट्र सेविका समिति के ओड़िशा शाखा की ओर से आयोजित प्रशिक्षण शिविर के समापन समारोह में अखिल भारतीय राष्ट्र सेविका समिति की सह-संपादक सुलभा ताई देश पांड़े मुख्य अतिथि की रूप में उपस्थित थीं। उन्होंने कहा कि नारी शक्ति की उपेक्षा करने वाला समाज पतन की ओर जाता है। नारी शक्ति का युगों-युगों से बोलबाला रहा है। भारतीय समाज में नारी शक्ति को सदैव सम्मान का स्थान दिया गया है।
आधुनिक समाज में पुरुषों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर चलने वाली नारी का प्रदर्शन स्थानीय निलाद्री बिहार में आयोजित राष्ट्र सेविका समिति के प्रशिक्षण शिविर में देखने को मिला। इस शिविर में भाग लेने वाले प्रशिक्षार्थियों में से अधिकतर ने माना कि ऐसे आयोजन नारी शक्ति की महत्ता को उजागर करने के साथ उनमें आत्म विश्वास भरते हैं। राष्ट्र सेविका समिति की सदस्यों ने पथ संचालन में हिस्सा लिया।
भाजपा के प्रदेश मुख्यालय में एक उच्चस्तरीय बैठक कर बंद को सफल बनाने की रणनीति तैयार की गई।
भुवनेश्वर : आगामी 31 मई को प्रस्तावित भारत बंद को लेकर विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों ने तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। भाजपा द्वारा आहूत इस बंद को स्थानीय शासक दल बीजद ने भी समर्थन किया है। बीजद के कारण बंद का ओड़िशा में खासा प्रभाव पड़ने वाला है। भाजपा के प्रदेश मुख्यालय में एक उच्चस्तरीय बैठक कर बंद को सफल बनाने की रणनीति तैयार की गई। उधर वाम दलों ने भी पेट्रोल दर वृद्धि के खिलाफ जन आक्रोश को देखते हुए आन्दोलन करने की धमकी दी है। केवल कांग्रेस ही एक मात्र ऐसी पार्टी है जो पेट्रोल दाम बढ़ाए जाने को ठीक बताते हुए इसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कच्चे तेल के दाम बढ़ने को कारण बताया है।
पुर्तगाल के दो पति-पत्नी खुलेआम कंधमाल में घूमते
भुवनेश्वर vsk: कंधमाल से दो इतालवी नागरिकों के अपहरण के बाद राज्य सरकार ने विदेशी नागरिकों को बिना सुरक्षा कंधमाल तथा आदिवासी इलाके का दौरा न करने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई थी। इसके बावजूद पुर्तगाल के दो पति-पत्नी खुलेआम कंधमाल में घूमते पाये गये। कंधमाल के बालीगुड़ा में रविवार के दिन एक फोर्ड फिगो गाड़ी में पुर्तगाल के आनामारिया एवं विक्टोर रिकाडेनि संतोष भवन होटल में पहुंचकर कमरा की मांग की। उन्होंने इसकी सूचना थानेदार एवं जिलाधीश को दे दी। पुलिस होटल पहुंचकर छानबीन की तो पता चला कि ये लोग बाराखमार के डोकरा केंद्र बेल घर केकाठनंशला एवं पाओलो की तरह कुछ पर्यटक स्थल घूमने आ रहे हैं। पुलिस ने उन्हें कमरा तो दिला दिए लेकिन घूमने से मना कर दिया।

यज्ञ की पूर्णाहुति

कोताबगा कीर्तन मंडली हरिजनपाड़ा द्वारा आयोजित एवं पिछले तीन दिनों से जारी अष्टप्रहरी नामयज्ञ का कल आध्यात्मिक वातावरण में संपन्न हुआ। शुक्रवार शाम को यज्ञ की पूर्णाहुति के साथ नाम यज्ञ का समापन हुआ। गांव के मीनेकतन कुमार एवं श्रीमती रमा कुमार ने कार्य का दायित्व निभाया।
इस नामयज्ञ में अनेकों कीर्तन मंडलियों ने अंश ग्रहण किया, जिनमें दरलीपाली, राजपुर, जमेरा, तलीबहाल, रामपुर, पतरापाली, सागरपाली, ईटाभट्टा, चूनाभट्टा इत्यादि जगहों की कीर्तन मंडलियां शामिल हैं। बड़ी संख्या में महिलाओं सहित आसपास के गांवों के लोगों ने इस यज्ञ में शिरकत की। प्रतिवर्ष आयोजित होने वाले एवं पिछले 25 वर्षो से जारी इस नामयज्ञ के सफल आयोजन में स्थानीय पार्षद विजय कुमार, संजय छरिया, तेजराज कांटा, हृषिकेश तांती, डोन छुरिया, दोलामणि तांती, राकेश छुरिया, बबलू तांती आदि की अहम भूमिका रही।

शीतल षष्ठी के चलते कटक शहर में मौजूद विभिन्न शिवालयों में शुक्रवार को उत्सव का माहौल बना रहा है। दिन भर शिव-पार्वती विवाह को तमाम तैयारियां की गई, जबकि शाम के समय भगवान शिव का एक विशाल शोभायात्रा मंदिर परिसर से निकलकर शहर परिक्रमा करते हुए वापस मंदिर परिसर पहुंची, जहां पर माता पार्वती का विवाह विधि पूर्वक हुआ। मंदिर परिचालन कमेटी के कुछ कार्यकर्ता जिसमें भगवान शिव व पार्वती के माता पिता के तौर पर उपस्थित रहकर विवाह कार्य सम्पन्न किए। इस अनोखे आध्यात्मिक कार्यक्रम को देखने के लिए काफी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ कटक के विभिन्न शिवालयों में देखने को मिली। कटक बक्सी बाजार स्थित अमरेश्वर मंदिर, सअंत साही स्थित नीलकण्ठेश्वर मंदिर, महानदी तट में मौजूद गड़गड़ेश्वर मंदिर, अन्दरपुर में मौजूद स्वपनेश्वर आदि कई मंदिरों में शीतल षष्ठी पर्व धूमधाम के साथ मनाया गया। मंदिर को इस मौके पर सजाया गया था। इस विवाह उत्सव में भाग लेकर श्रद्धालु प्रसाद सेवन किए।

संतोषी मां मंदिर के तृतीय वार्षिकोत्स

सेक्टर-6 स्थित श्री श्री संकटेश्वर महादेव मंदिर परिसर में श्री श्री संतोषी मां मंदिर के तृतीय वार्षिकोत्सव के परिप्रेक्ष्य में विविध धार्मिक व सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया है। तीन दिवसीय वार्षिकोत्सव के अवसर पर पंच कुंडीय विश्व शांति महायज्ञ भी आयोजित किया गया है। शनिवार को विश्व शांति महायज्ञ में बड़ी संख्या में भक्तों की भीड़ जुटी है।
विश्व शांति महायज्ञ की पूर्व संध्या में शुक्रवार की शाम महिलाओं से कलश शोभायात्रा निकालने के बाद यज्ञ स्थल पर कलश की स्थापना की गई। जिसके बाद शनिवार की सुबह से पंच कुंडीय विश्व शांति महायज्ञ का शुभारंभ विधि-विधान के साथ किया गया। इस महायज्ञ में बड़ी संख्या में भक्तों ने शामिल होकर हवन-पूजन में भाग लिया। इस अंवसर पर भक्तों के लिए प्रसाद सेवन की व्यवस्था भी की गई थी। यह पावन कार्यक्रम मंदिर के संस्थापक ंवैष्णवचरण दास, मंदिर कमेटी के अध्यक्ष सहदेव पाल, महासचिव वैशाख सुना, सलाहकार धरम सिंह दीप, घनश्याम सुना, सदस्य अनूप कुमार, मक्सिर सुना, भक्त नंद, सुनाधर कुंभार, मनोज बाग, महेश्वर बाग आदि की देखरेख में किया जा रहा है। इसके समेत पूजा-अर्चना में उपेंद्र नाग, विरंची महानंद तथा कुमारी नाग की ओर से सक्रिय योगदान के साथ सहयोग किया जा रहा है।

विश्व शांति महायज्ञ की पूर्व संध्या में शुक्रवार की शाम महिलाओं से कलश शोभायात्रा निकालने के बाद यज्ञ स्थल पर कलश की स्थापना की गई। जिसके बाद शनिवार की सुबह से पंच कुंडीय विश्व शांति महायज्ञ का शुभारंभ विधि-विधान के साथ किया गया। इस महायज्ञ में बड़ी संख्या में भक्तों ने शामिल होकर हवन-पूजन में भाग लिया। इस अंवसर पर भक्तों के लिए प्रसाद सेवन की व्यवस्था भी की गई थी। यह पावन कार्यक्रम मंदिर के संस्थापक ंवैष्णवचरण दास, मंदिर कमेटी के अध्यक्ष सहदेव पाल, महासचिव वैशाख सुना, सलाहकार धरम सिंह दीप, घनश्याम सुना, सदस्य अनूप कुमार, मक्सिर सुना, भक्त नंद, सुनाधर कुंभार, मनोज बाग, महेश्वर बाग आदि की देखरेख में किया जा रहा है। इसके समेत पूजा-अर्चना में उपेंद्र नाग, विरंची महानंद तथा कुमारी नाग की ओर से सक्रिय योगदान के साथ सहयोग किया जा रहा है।

चांदीपुर के आईटीआर लंचिंग सेंटर 3 से शनिवार दोपहर 11:10 बजे आकाश नामक मिसाइल ने पायलट विहीन विमान लक्ष्य पर सटिक निशाना साधते हुए उसे जमीन से करीब 18 किमी. की ऊंचाई पर मार गिराया है।
शनिवार सुबह करीब 11 बजे पायलट विहीन विमान लक्ष्य को सबसे पहले हवा में उड़ाया गया। उसके करीबन 10 मिनट बाद आकाश नामक मिसाइल को आकाश नामक सम्पूर्ण स्वदेशी ज्ञान कौशल से निर्मित जमीन से हवा में मार करने वाले कम दूरी के प्रक्षेपास्त्र आकाश को हवा दागा गया। करीब 5.8 मीटर लम्बा, 35 सेमी. चौड़ा एवं 720 किग्रा. वजन का यह मिसाइल 55 किग्रा. वजन तक विस्फोटक ढोने की ताकत तथा 35 किमी. तक मार करने की क्षमता रखता है। आज जमीन से करीब 18 किमी. की ऊंचाई पर आकाश नामक मिसाइल ने लक्ष्य नामक पीटीए पर सटीक निशाना के तहत हवा में ही मार गिराया। यहां उल्लेखनीय है कि आकाश नामक मिसाइल का सबसे पहला परीक्षण चांदीपुर में ही सन् 1999 में किया गया था तथा 2007 में वायु सेना की ओर से लगातार 10 बार इस मिसाइल का प्रायोगिक परीक्षण किया गया था। इस वर्ष सन् 2012में मई के आखिरी सप्ताह में आकाश नामक मिसाइल का करीब आधा दर्जन से ज्यादा बार परीक्षण किए जाने की सम्भावना है, जिसके तहत तीन बार यह मिसाइल पीटीए लक्ष्य पर निशाना साधेगा, तथा तीन बार हवा में उड़ाए गए पैरासुट पर आकाश नामक मिसाइल निशाना साधेगा। आज परीक्षण के मौके पर वायु सेना के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों समेत रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ) एवं आईटीआर से जुड़े वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं वैज्ञानिक मौजूद थे। सूत्रों की माने तो एक दिन के अंतराल के बाद इसका परीक्षण संभव है। इससे पहले गुरुवार को इसका सफल परीक्षण किया गया था।
