Former ISRO Chairman Dr K Radhakrishnan, RSS Sarasanghachalak Bhagwat to address RSS Akhil Bharatiya Shrung Ghosh Shibir Valedictory on Jan 10 at Bengaluru

Bengaluru January 01, 2016: Eminent Scientist, former Chairman of ISRO Dr K Radhakrishnan will be the Chief Guest and RSS Sarasanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat to deliver the key note address at the valedictory ceremony of RSS  Akhil Bharatiya Shrung Ghosh Shibir ‘SWARANJALI-2016′, on January 10, Sunday 2016 evening 4.00pm.

The 4-day Shibir to began on January 07, 2016 and to conclude on January 10, Sunday 2016. The event will be held at Reva University Campus of Air Port Road, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
On Thursday January 07, 2016 at 5.30pm Senior RSS Pracharak and Samyojak of Kutumb Prabodhan Su Ramanna will inaugurate the Swaranjali Shibir.
As a part of this All India meet Akhil Bharatiya Shrung Ghosh Shibir, a special Shrung Ghosh Path Sanchalan(Route March) to be held on January 09, Saturday 2016 at evening 4.00pm at two different venues. First, a Patha Sanchalan will begin from Vaiyalikaval Play Ground at 4.00 pm and will conclude at Malleshwaram Pavilion Ground. Second, a Patha Sanchalan will begin from HMT Grounds of RT Nagar and will return and conclude at the same place.
Nearly 2000 Shrung Ghosh Vadak Swayamsevaks (RSS Cadres who can play Brass Band Instruments) from all states of Bharat are attending this four day camp. This Shibir will be a training program for Ghosh vadaks who plays new instruments like Saxophone (Naganga),Clarionate (Swarad), Ephonium (Gomukha), Trumpet(Turya) etc.
The instruments in the RSS band at present include the side drum, which has been named by the Sangh asAnaka, the bass drum (Panava), the bugle (Shankha), the flute (Vamshi), the triangle (Thribhuja) and  Cymbol instrument (Jhallari). In this Ghosh Shibir, Brass Band instruments.
RSS developed Ghosh Compositions based on Bharatiya Music both Carnatic and Hindustani ragas.
In this 4-day Ghosh Shivir, new Ghosh Compositions like MEERA based on Bhup Raga, TILANGbased on Tilang Raga, SHIVARANJINI based on Shivaranjini Raga, GOVARDHAN based on DurgaRaga in Hindustani or Shuddh Saveri Raga in Carnatic will be played and trained for the participants.
The purpose of the Shibir is to enhance the quality of the band set, learn new instruments and Rachana (compositions) and understand the overall organisation implementation of Ghosh Compositions. The focus will be on learning how to incorporate Ghosh for inculcating qualities of a swayamsevak and strengthening shakhas.
RSS Akhil Bharatiya Sharirik Pramukh Sunil Kulkarni, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Sah-Sharirik Pramukh Jagadish Prasad, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Sah-Vyavastha Pramukh and Senior RSS Ghosh expert Anil Oak and other seniors to attend this four day major shibir.
