Bhubaneswar,29/2-The Special Task Force (STF) of the State Crime Branch brought five SIMI operatives, whom it had taken on a 13-day remand, to the city on Monday in order to produce them before the SDJM Court on Tuesday.
Sources said the NIA, the Maharashtra police and the Madhya Pradesh police will appeal to the court to take the SIMI operatives on 15 days’ remand each after they are produced. The STF had taken the five to Bhubaneswar for interrogation during 13 day’s remand.
