Sradhanjali Samiti to hold massive rally on Nov 15 in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar(Visakeo) Swami Laxmananda Saraswati Sradhanjali Samiti will hold a massive rally here at Lower PMG Square on November 15 in protest against the 'total failure' of the Orissa Government as well as the Crime Branch of Police in nabbing the real culprits behind Swamiji's killing.

Addressing a Press Conference here on Tuesday, Samiti president Dr Ratnakar Chaini alleged that the Orissa Government is adopting double standard in dealing with the Kandhamal crisis. "It seems, the Government is under pressure from both Church and UPA Government at Centre" he added.

Acting on an unsubstantiated allegation of a 29-year Old Catholic Nun, the Orissa Government made all out efforts to nab the rapists while the victim, even despite repeated court orders, the Nun is trying very hard to shift the matter outside Orissa.

The same Crime Branch, looking into the murder of Swamiji, yet to submit its charge sheet where as it progressed a lot in the Nun rape case. So, it's clear that the Orissa Chief Minister is under tremendous pressure, added Dr Chaini.

He further said that even after near two and half months of the brutal murder of Swamiji, Police completely failed to reach at the real culprits. "We demanded that unless and until, the real killers and conspirators nabbed, the Samiti would continue its agitation across the State," he said adding that the Samiti would strongly oppose any further conversion activities of the Church.

"We shocked, the manner in which, the police looking into the issue. IGP (Crime Branch) Arun Kumar Ray himself admitted that the real culprits and masterminds are staying outside Orissa after the brutal murder of the Hindu saint while few killers are hiding in any undisclosed location of Kandhamal's dense forest.

But, the police did not take any steps to locate the killers while it also not take steps to nab, those are staying outside Orissa," Dr Chaini alleged. "The verdict of Baliguda SDJM court rejecting the plea of the Nun seeking TIP of the accused outside Orissa, was historic, we wholeheartedly endorsed it," he added.

About five lakh angry Hindus from across the country would gather here in State Capital to protest minority appeasement initiatives of Orissa Chief Minister, who is false claming every bone of his body is secular.

The massive rally would also serve an ultimatum to the State Government asking it to nab the culprits behind Swamiji's killing. Is secularism means Church and Nun appeasement? . "If the killers will not be nabbed by November 15, we would plan for Orissa Bandh on December 25," he said. He further added that Hindus across the country have filed more than 15,000 FIRs in their respective districts.
Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram national president Jagdeo Ram Oram, RSS Central Committee senior member Indresh Kumar, Mahanta Dr Ramvilash Vedanti of Ram Janmabhoomi Movement, national president Viswa Hindu Parishad Y Raghavellu national coordinator of Hindu Jagaran Samukhya Harihar Nanda and all Hindu outfits would attend the rally. Immediate arrest of killers and conspirators of Swamiji and four of his disciples. The Crime Branch should conduct Narco Test of Congress Rajya Sabha member Radhakant Nayak, Cuttack-Bhubaneswar Archbishop Raphael Cheenath, National Integration Council member John Dayal to find out truth and find out the killers and conspirators. Provide adequate security to those Hindus, who have been targeted by Church sponsored militants. Immediately release of all innocent Kandhas , who were arrested basing on false and baseless cases. Ensure the protection of Kandhas, who are staying in jungles fearing Church terror The Orissa Government should not adopt double standard on Nun rape case and must ensure fair trail. Crime Branch probe should be time bound, Dr Chaini added. Dr Indulata Das was also present in the press meet.
