ANNUAL FUNCTION-2012 OF UTKAL BIPANNA SAHAYATA SAMITI(UBSS)
The annual function of Utkal Bipanna Sahayata Samiti has been observed on 25.03.2012 at its head office at Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar. Since 1982 till date, UBSS has been dedicatedly working during and after all type of natural calamities and any type of casualties in our state, Odisha. On this auspicious occasion, Sri Sitaram Kedlia, Akhila Bharatiya Seva Pramukh, R.S.S.,was present as the Chief Guest. In his speech, he focused on the importance & necessity of “Service to the people”. Dr. Bishnu Prasad Patra, Asst. Professor, Ortho, Sum Hospital was also present as the Guest of Honour. The president of Utkal Bipanna Sahayata Samiti Er. Ashok Kumar Das presided the function, Sri Prakash Chand Betala, Secretary of UBSS welcomed, introduced all the Guests and briefed the annual report of the organization along with the welcome notes.
The inmates of Sri Jagannath Niketan(Orphanage), Udala, Sambalpur and Matrunilay, Cuttack performed various types of cultural programme.
A photo exhibition was also organized to create awareness among the people about the Seva activities and seek their participation in this noble cause.
Prof. Dhanush Dhari Mishra, Vice-president, UBSS gave vote of thanks to all.
