Swamiji death anniversary observed at Gobardhan Pitha
PURI (VISAKEO): Late Swami Laxmananda Saraswati was a true friend of illiterate poor tribals of the State. He relentlessly fought against conversion and cow slaughtering till his last breath.For fighting an Akanda Bharat, Swamiji became a victim of Church sponsored terror, speakers said while attending a Sradhanjali Sabha here at Gobardhan Pitha. Chairing the Sabha, Puri Seer Jagadguru Swami Nischalananda Saraswati said that if Swamiji’s dream fulfills, it would be better tribute for him. Aditya Bahini State chief Jitendra Mohapatra, spokesman Manoj Rath, VHP State general secretary Gouri Prasad Rath, RSS Pranta Pracharak Jagadish Khadanga and RSS State spokesman Rabi Narayan Panda were among those present.
