Trial in nun rape case put off to Nov 2
The Cuttack district session’s court, now holding trial in Kandhamal nun rape case, adjourned the hearing of the sensational matter to November 2 and 3 as the fifth phase of deposition by the witnesses ended here on Wednesday.
The trial court on the day recorded statements of only two witnesses as Baliguda Catholic church nun, the complainant in the case failed to appear once again.
Issuing summons to the nun for the sixth time in a row, the trial court adjourned the matter to be heard next in November.
