RSS observes Makar Sankranti Utsav

Bhubaneswar (VISAKEO)14/1: Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangha on Sunday observed Makar Sankranti utsav amid a host of programees. Sangha's Chandan Hajuri Sakha organized an utsav here in the premises of the Nehru Park at the Master Canteen Square. Arogya Bharati national president Raghabendra Kulkarni attended the ceremony and claimed that by 2011, a massive change will take place but India's independence and integrity will be maintained. Reiterating RSS Chief KS Sudarshan's vision of India Superpower, Kulakarni said religious spiritualism has been rising among the Hindus and Sadhus and religious preachers will take up the challenge to face the difficulties. All the sakhas in Bhubaneswar including Chandrasekhar Pravat Sakha, Vani Vihar Pravat Sakha, Vir Sabar Kar Sakha, Sri Ram Pravat Sakha, Khandgiri, Chintamaniswar Sakha observed the Makar Sankranti. Utkal Pranta Sangha Chalak Ashok Kumar Das, Sahaprabta Karyabaha Gopal Prasad Mohaptra. Chandan Hajuri Sakha chief instructor Golak Chandra Das and Nilu Bhai were among those present on this occasion. Apart from this, RSS's all District units also observe the Makar Sankranti.
