BJP to launch stir over FDI, Coalgate

The State BJP on Saturday decided to organise State-wide protests against the UPA Government’s coal scam FDI policy and the State Government’s alleged secret understanding with the Centre.
At a State-level preparatory meeting held at the party office here, the party’s national secretary Bhupinder Singh Yadav described the Congress-led UPA Government as tainted and corrupt. “We will go to the people to make them aware about the wrongdoings of both the Central and State Governments,” said Yadav.
Presiding over the meeting, State party president Jual Oram said the protest would be organised at grassroots level to convince the common masses about the wrong policies of both Governments. Senior party leaders like State secretary (Organisation) Panchnan Rout, Sanchita Mohanty, Murali Manohar Sharma and Bimbadhar Kuanr participated in the discussion
