Youth Voters to vote for Nation
Youth Voter Campaign: ABVP’s - Nationwide Drive
India is proud to have notable youth populations, with 65-70% of the population above age 35 including 45% above youth voters in total voting. If the question is, who is to select the Government, then answer is, ‘Youth’ of course. Until and unless youth observes the present situation, votes being in the role of the citizen and selects our own leader, it is impossible to have capable and nationalist leadership. So, youth of the nation is utterly responsible.
ABVP has taken a decision to run a nationwide drive and to aware youth for voting. It will appeal Youth to think, to consider the nation’s betterment and to vote for it. We get right to vote at the age of 18. During this drive, we will appeal youth to think over the following national issues and then to vote.
The One -
1. Who will not compromise on nation’s security issues at any cost
2. Who will form laws against the one who are giving shelter to terrorism and will takehard steps against them being in Pak, Bangladesh and India.
3. Who will expatriate the Bangladeshi infiltrators and will take strong legal steps against them.
4. Who will hang Afzal till death instead saving his life
5. Who will discard new proposals put forth by Sacchar committee which are providing platform for partitions in nation outright.
6. Who will create new avenues of employment and education for youth
7. Who will stop commercialisation
8. Who will bring Indianisation in education
9. Who will stop appeasement in education field
10. Who will give first right to poor subjects on national resources and not to Muslims.
11. Who will respect the martyrs of nation.
12. Who will respect the heritage and cultural prides.
