ABVP appeals student to Tie Black ribbon & Protest against Corruption

After successful all India college band (close) on 18th August by ABVP it has now appealed students
to tie black ribbon & protest against corruption. ABVP National General secretary Shri. Umesh Dutt appealed
student community to tie black ribbon written "I am Against Corruption" & protest against corruption on the campuses.
