Brahmapur,25/8(vsk Odisha)Members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Brahmapur on Thursday blamed the State Government for the negligence in meting out stringent punishment to the killers of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati, who had been shot dead at his Jalaspeta Ashram in Kandhamal district on the Janmastami Day in August 2008.
“It is better for the Government to take all steps for giving punishment to the real culprits in the Laxmanananda Saraswati killing case at the earliest as there is every possibility of the Hindu Samaj resuming agitation anytime,” said the members at the VHP foundation day programme held here on the Janmastami Day.
