Jagadgurus, Mahamandaleshwars, Sant-Mahants – all under the auspices of this movement would reach out to all voters in the electoral fields right down to the block development areas to make them watchful and exercised about the crucial interests of the nation and the national society. It is the position of the Ven. Sants that they are not supporters of any political party but would marshal massive public support for Shri Narendra Modi. Last year in the Maha Kumbh Mela itself the Ven. Sants had decided for support to Shri Narendra Modi.
The Prant level Margadarshak Mandals have been formed in every Prant (Province) by Vishva Hindu Parishad and over 15,000 Sants in the whole country would lead this public awareness campaign. The Sant Fraternity would run this campaign in order to liberate the country from the unprecedented national crisis caused by the loot, corruption, price-rise, inflation, unemployment and misgovernance presided over by the present central government and nevertheless in order to root for and establish the holistic, altruistic and syncretic Dharmic worldview of the Himalayan Tradition. Whereas the issues of Sri Rama Janma Bhumi, Cow Protection and Saving the Ganga are imperative to every Hindu, at the same time the questions of escalating horizontal religious conversions being conducted by the desert traditions and the decreasing Hindu demography are matters of great concern for the Sant Fraternity belonging to the Rishi-Krishi Tradition. Today the country is victim of Maoist terrorism, Jihadi terrorism and violence of the Salvation Army of the Church. This state of affairs is also a matter of great concern for the Sant Fraternity. People want these questions to be addressed at length and surely today they want guarantee of security at the micro and macro levels and definitely want national prosperity and national honour. In this campaign for public awareness by the Sant community, the Vishva Hindu Parishad would join in full strength.
