A criminal complaint filed against Rahul Gandhi for his Gandhi murder remarks

Bhiwandi,Kalyan(Maharashtra), March19.

Karyavah (Secretary) of RSS Rajesh Kumar Kunte has filed a criminal complaint before a local court against Rahul Gandhi, Vice President of Congress. Mr. Gandhi leveled deliberate imputation against RSS and and its people.Mr. Kunte made his complaint under section 499 and 500 of IPC read with section 199(1) of Cr.P.C. Mr. Gandhi held responsible RSS and its people for Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination while addressing a election rally in village Sonale, Taluka Bhiwandi on March 6.

Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Mr.S.V.SWAMI ordered to keep for verification next March 27^th. On that day the Complainant will file his affidavit and if court permits the argument on the point of issuance of process may take place.

Since it is against the judicial verdict in the Gandhiji’s assassination case,1948, Mr. Kunte said that it was a deliberate attempt for the electoral gains.“Therefore Rahul Gandhi's irresponsible words in the speech have attacked andharmed my faith and mission of life, deeply to which I belong and perform since my childhood. It is significant that his political party yet not have disassociated itself from his deliberate efforts to twist the history to mislead thepeople for their electoral gains. So the party chief also deserves the legal action, he added.

Mr. Kunte also said that Mr. Gandhi harmed the reputation of RSS among the society, supporters, admirers and the swayamsevaks specifically with the ulterior motives.
