Report of Seva during Ratha Yatra and Navkalbar-2015,UBSS

Utkal Bipnna Sahayata Samitee (UBSS) is synonym of SEVA which means the Swayamsevaks are ready for Selfless Service.In the past UBSS has rendered different service (SEVA) during the Ratha 
Yatra and other festivals of Odisha including the different natural calamities 
for which Govt. Odisha has praised for this yeomen service. This year the UBSS has made elaborate arrangements and has mobilized more than 2000 nos. of Swaymsevaks to cater to the needs of the pilgrims for which the Collector and District Magistrate, Puri and The Lord Jagannath Temple 

Administration has allotted about nine numbers of different Seva to UBSS which are - (1) Running information Centers at five locations, (2) Guiding the pilgrims  at twelve locations, (3) Providing assistance for Security to the three Chariots (RATH) of Lord Jagannath, Elder Brother Lord Balabhadra and Sister Subhadra, to the local Police, Paramilitary Forces and the Jawans of Rapid Action Forces 

(RAF),( 4) Providing Safe drinking water to the Pilgrims without  water pouches in our venture to make Puri free of Polythene menace, (5) Providing four numbers of Ambulances for caring the Patient along with six numbers of stretchers to carry the patients to the ambulance to reach the nearest 

Hospital,(6) Assisting the Patient by their bed side,( 7) Running First Aid Centers at four locations , (8) Maintaining Cleanliness and sanitation around Lord Jagannath Temple, entire  Badadanda (Grand Road) from The Temple to Gundicha Mandir. This Seva is specifically assigned to UBSS for cleaning the polythene packets, water pouches, DEEPA, the rotten slippers and the shoes for all eleven days including Suna Vesa of The Load.
For all these above SEVA, Utkal Bipnna Sahayata Samitee (UBSS) had organized several meetings  in its Campus at Mancheswar Industrial Estate where different other organizations of RSS (Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangha) like Vidyarthi Parisad, Banavasi Kalyan Ashram,  participated and gave their valuable suggestions as they had also provided different Seva in the past as well as during this year also.
     These Two thousand numbers of Swyamsevaks are stationed at seven different locations namely Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Ghoda Bazar, Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Harchandi Sahi, Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Madhubana, Saraswati Shishu Mandir Marutinagar and Jagannth Sanskruti Bhawan (RSS Karyalaya), Pathuria Sahi, Puri
On 16th July 2015 the Ambulance Seva was flagged up by Dr.P.K. Mohanty, Medical Superintendent of SUM Hospital and Medical College along with Shree Pradip Joshi ji, Khetra 
Pracharak, Purva khetra  Sj. Adweta Charan Dutta, Akhila Bharatiya Pracharak Pramukha, Shree Gopal Prasad Mohapatra, Khetriya  Karya Baha (Purva khetra),Shree Samir Mohanty, Sangha Chalak , Odisha Pranta Purba, Shree Sudarshan Das, Saha-Karyabaha, Odisha Purba Pranta, Shree Prakash Chandra Betala President, 
UBSS, Shree Mansukhalal Sethia, Secretary UBSS, Dr. Bijaya Kumar  Swain, Member UBSS and Convener for Nabakalebara and Rath Yatra, 2015 of UBSS.
It is heartening to note that seven nos of Swayamsevaks have reached Puri in there own bicycle from Deograh to Puri covering a distance of  more than Three Hundred Kms. They were welcomed enroute by various people at several locations such as in Denkhal, Cuttack & Puri.
On 17th July 2015 at 10 A.M the three major Seva Kendras, where more than seven hundred Swayamsevaks are housed was inaugurataed by Dr. A.K. Mohapatra, Neuro Surgeon, Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Ghoda Bazar, Shree Adweta Charan Dutta at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Harachandi Sahi, Shree Gurusaran Ji of Seva Varati, New Delhi and Pradip Joshi Ji at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Madhuban respectively. 
On 18th July 2015 at 8 A.M. the First Aid Center of UBSS was inaugurated near Gundicha Mandir on Bada Danda, Puri by Sj. Jivan Muktananda Ji of Batagoan Asharam, Kuntara, Kuchinda, Sambalpur, Sri Dharmendra Pradhan Honorable Minister, Oil and Natural Gas Commission, Govt. Of India, New Delhi. Several other dignitaries like Prof. Prafulla Mishra, Vice Chancelor , 
Guru Sharan Ji of  Rashtriya Seva Bharati, Aditya Charan Dutta, Akihila Bharatiya Pracharak Pramukh & Sri Pradeep Joshi were also present at the time of inauguration.
