Movement staged in Nepal for re-establishment of Hindu Rashtra


Kathmandu :The movement staged by Hindus for Nepal’s declaration as a Hindu Rashtra is getting intensified day by day. On 14thAugust, demonstrations were held by Hindus at Ithari in Sunsari District of Nepal in the presence of His Holiness Dindayalu Maharaj and Shri. Niva Acharyaji. On the same day, Hindus took out a march for this purpose at Dnyadi, Bari, Beni, Madikuwa and Kusma from Parvat District. Similar march was taken out by Hindus at Pokhra in Kaski District for declaration of Nepal as aHindu Rashtra. At Baneshwar, activists of ‘Rashtriya Prajatantra Party’ and police came face to face, creating tension in the area for some time.

Baneshwar : Activists of ‘Rashtriya Prajatantra Party ’ tried to enter the building of Legislative Assembly demanding Nepal be declared as a Hindu Rashtra and had clashes with the police which caused tension in the area for some time. Police resorted to breaking tear gas shells for bringing the situation under control. The enraged activists of this party damaged Government vehicles; demanding resignation of Home Minister Ramdev Gautam. Nepal should be once again declared as Hindu Rashtra and if that was not done, they were ready to wedge war, were the slogans raised by demonstrators.
